Fantastic experience: I am really thrilled about finding a new spot on location with Anthony & Yvonne at Premier Brokers. I scouted far and high for a place with 5 other real estate companies in Hudson County without any success. I found a beautiful spot in West New York, and Anthony quickly responded to giving me a tour plus he offered a second option on the sane day. After 4 months of searching with many failed attempts or dealing with pushy real estate agents, Anthony and Yvonne basically Curated the right spot and neighborhood for my daughter, doggie and I. Negative experience: Took my information and money and now they won’t respond to my emails or calls

Fantastic experience: Moved from across the country & it was hard getting in touch with someone, Anthony was the first person that I was able to get in touch with. I appreciate how quickly he was able to get me into the apartment to tour, viewed it on a Wednesday, moved in on Friday! He was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process making it stress free. I would highly recommend working with Premier Brokers they get the job done and do it efficiently!

Fantastic experience: We had an emergency situation with some family members that came into the country on short notice and needed an apartment. Yvonne and Anthony of Premier Brokers could not have been more helpful in showing us a number of apartments and then guiding us through the leasing process; all during a holiday week no less. We’re very pleased with the property we finally settled on which was clean and well situated. Negative experience: This company illegal listed my apartment using my pictures and address. They listed at a lower price to attract renters. I called to clarify but was taken to Google Phone and nobody picked up. You can't do business like that.

Negative experience: Wasted my time, said on the phone that 2 apartments were available immediately and then after applying said they were not available until the end of the month

Negative experience: Absolutely unprofessional and rude service. In the initial phase they lied to me about the apartment management and the terms of the lease agreement. After I rented the place and had problems with the management they did nothing to help. Just like a typical lazy broker, they open the door and expect you a months rent, no personal service. On top of that the brokers of this company will lie to you about he condition of the apartment and lease terms. Don't trust them at all. My broker was Cindy Rodriguez

Negative experience: This company also goes by the name Star One Realty. They are a bunch of scammers! They want to know your information and won’t speak to you unless they know your credit score number and personal information. Who does that?! They keep changing their names once they get caught. I reported them to HUD for discrimination. They don’t have real phones they have Google Numbers. Stay away! They keep reposting the same apartments with ‘no brokers fee’ and then only show you broker fee apartments. For that I would go to a real broker like Coldwell Banker- (who I rented my current apartment from).

Negative experience: WORST! WORST! WORST customer service ever! I'm giving one star just because I had to to give a review! first of all when I called that agent, he had a google voice number?! why would a professional have Google voice number?!! and first thing he asked me was my credit score, I replied by saying it's excellent then he was like I need the exact numbers not just excellent, and Boom! he hanged up the phone on me! I thought there was a problem in coverage, so I called again, once he heard my voice, he hanged up again! unbelievable! not sure if it's because of my accent, if so, then he's RACIST too! I will never use this company again!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful customer service experienced here. From the individuals in the office answering my many many questions, to viewing places with the realtor John, everyone was very professional. I highly recommend working with John! He was very responsive & worked with a sense of urgency since I was pressed for time. Even after I had to end a viewing day early because of GPS issues, we continued viewing places the next day, no problem. John was very informative on providing me with information about the surrounding communities and very thorough in explaining the application process. Great experience overall!

Negative experience: Horrible Horrible Horrible Real Estate Agency. I was looking for an apartment in Jersey City. During the sales process, I was told negotiating my rent would be possible as well adding a washer and dryer to the unit by the agent. The broker (Yvonne) was not willing to assist with that. Fine, wasn't too mad about that! The agent, (Bernard) told me parking would be available for me in the back. Because this is my first apartment, I didn't think to have the parking included in the lease. I took his word for it. Silly old me.. After signing the lease, I was then told that street parking is all they can offer me. That pissed me off! I specifically signed the lease because I was told parking would be available to me. I tried to fight it but of course I did not win... But wait, there's more!!! I moved in on the 9th, however I was made to pay an entire first months rent. It wasn't until my father brought up to me that they shouldn't have charged me a full month that I realized they tried to finesse me. So I went back to the agent asking him will they prorate my next a month rent. He said they would. I went back and forth with the agent and broker via email. Btw, this broker never makes herself available. You will be talking to her assistant Victoria! So if I would've never brought up I was overcharged for the first months rent, they would have never done anything about it.. I will NEVER EVER do business with these people again. They are lucky the apartment is beautiful because I would've fought for with every last inch of me. Don't bother looking for an apartment with these people. Horrible customer service experience. Take your business elsewhere.

Negative experience: Pathetic experience with Premier. There is clear contradiction between what their agents say vs what they publish on online portals. Feels like a scam. While a listing mentioned by their agent says "NO BROKERS FEEEEEEE", their agent mentioned to us during the viewing that there was a one month's broker's fee. When you call/text to clarify, they won't respond. They don't have a single source of truth on the listings! (Happened with us twice - never trusting them back with an apartment search)

Negative experience: I've been meaning to write a review about this place but I haven had a chance and its been a while. This is a family owned and operated establishment so its really run by the husband and wife. The wife(I forget her name) was my realtor and things seemed to start off ok at first...then they took a turn for the worse. I was doing a short sale at the time so the transaction wasn't going to be easy. As the pressure started to mount and stress levels started to rise I remember that she became very unprofessional. She stopped returning my calls completely and would only communicate with me through email. I remember I had to call the owner and complain that no matter how she may feel about me she should always remain professional and return a clients phone calls. He stated that he would speak to her. Shortly after that I had my listing removed because our communication had not improved. Since that time, I used another agency and already sold my condo without even having to do a short sale. I had the most delightful realtor and even as the pressure mounted, she always remained professional even though there were times I was getting frustrated with the process. On more then one occasion I took that frustration out on her but she STILL remained professional and always kept in constant touch with me. She never ignored a single call I made to her and she always returned every call I made if she couldn't answer.
