Thanks to his dedication and hard work, I was finally able to rent out my house. What I appreciate even more is that even after everything was completed, Miguel has continued to help me whenever I have questions. Fantastic experience: Miguel had a qualified, motivated buyer/client, which is an important piece of the puzzle, but by far not the only piece. In the current "sellers market," a good Real Estate Agent must have the ability to guide his client to successfully win the contract to purchase the home, which by the way, receives multiple bids from other buyers. Miguel called a spoke to me personally, to discuss his buyers qualifications which is rare today. Miguel is a good agent who cares about his clients and works hard to get them the home they want at the best price and terms possible.
