Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience with a real estate agent recently, and I feel it's important to share my feedback to help others make informed decisions. Throughout our interaction, the agent consistently demonstrated a lack of due diligence and failed to uphold their professional responsibilities. Communication was a significant issue; the agent was unresponsive to calls, emails, and messages, making it incredibly frustrating to stay updated on the progress of the transaction or address any concerns I had. Furthermore, it became apparent that the agent lacked essential market knowledge. They seemed unfamiliar with the local real estate landscape and provided insufficient information about comparable properties or appropriate pricing strategies. As a result, I felt ill-prepared when making important decisions regarding my property. Even more concerning was the agent's negligence in conducting thorough research on properties. This oversight led to unexpected problems and complications after the deal was closed, leaving me with the burden of dealing with issues that should have been addressed beforehand. Moreover, the agent's negotiation skills were subpar. They failed to advocate effectively on my behalf, resulting in less favorable purchase terms than I had hoped for. It was clear that the agent did not prioritize my interests or fulfill their fiduciary duties. Throughout our interactions, the agent's unprofessional behavior was evident. They were often dismissive and displayed rudeness, making the whole experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. Additionally, crucial deadlines were missed during the buying process, causing unnecessary delays and adding stress to an already complex situation. Overall, I feel that this real estate agent did not live up to the standards of their profession. I advise caution when considering their services and recommend seeking an agent who prioritizes communication, possesses strong market knowledge, and upholds their professional responsibilities diligently. Sharing this feedback is essential to ensure others can make better-informed choices when selecting a real estate agent. Should you choose to work with this agent, I hope this review helps you navigate the situation more effectively than I did.

Fantastic experience: I joined the Solid Source Family in 2009. I love the Fact that the Owner/Broker Michele Velcheck and the staff is so knowledgeable, caring, and all around involved. The Brokers/Staff continues to stay ahead of the curve with tools and resources. I could go on and on. To me this Brokerage is the closest to having your own Brokerage Company without having your own Brokerage Company.

Fantastic experience: They are amazing to work with. It didn’t matter what time of day or even after office hours, if I had any questions, they are ready to answer. Their knowledge of the market is extensive and the staff is professional. They did an excellent job of marketing and selling our home. From initial contact to the act of sale.

Fantastic experience: Working at Solid Source Realty has proven to be the BEST decision I could have ever made. As opposed to other brokerages, Solid Source only charges a flat $300 transaction fee in addition to monthly dues being set at only $48. Across my entire time at Solid Source, I have closed 15 deals and only paid $4500!! It seems to good to be true!! Thank you Demo and Michele for your constant support. I do not know of ONE other brokerage that the CEO advertises her personal number to ALL of the agents. I will never leave Solid Source and I feel blessed to be apart of the Solid Source Family!

Fantastic experience: Latest Technology to make a real estate agent's life/career easy!

Negative experience: John and Sonya Edward's are the most unprofessional and fraudulent Realtors I've ever had to work with. They are the agents responsible for the new construction homes on Winkman Dr. In the Seymour Estates Subdivision. It has been 1.5yrs that we signed a contract with them for a home to be built. Not only did they take our construction deposit, they breached the contractual agreement. We have been homeless and still don't have a home to move into.

Negative experience: Wish if negative star was there. These are fraud people. They will trap Buyer by aligning with sellers and are after commission. They must be sued.

Fantastic experience: Working with Jill and Jonathan Hoover at Solid Source was a wonderful experience. They worked hard to help me find the home that was right for me. Jonathan is very knowledgeable about the area and was extremely patient as we looked at house after house. He has a great eye for seeing the positive and negative parts of a house. I feel like he really listened to me and working with him was a pleasure. Jill is a master at contract negotiations. She knows her way around all the paperwork that goes into a real estate deal. She went to bat for me more than once, so I could get the home I wanted. Jill and Jonathan were both attentive and made me feel like I was their top priority. Negative experience: Zero stars. Brent is a real piece of work and doesn’t deserve a real estate license. We closed on our home 3/23/22. Today is 3/25/22, we have confirmed the brand new wish special of an AC unit needs to be replaced, the toilet repair that was supposed to be done before close was not completed ( pretty sure they falsified receipts). Our dream home is turning into a nightmare and it’s only two days in. Brent went after our weakness and broke many ethics rules by contacting us the buyers directly telling us to convince our agent to take a commission cut to “make sure we get our dream home”. He listed us as weak buyers on every platform the house was listed and was still showing the house even after contract was well underway. He’s insulting honestly. The company that flipped the house should also be ashamed, they cut a lot of corners on such stupid simple things. But the inspector missed a lot and he is also at fault. Sad this situation is the way it is to a young family and I hope no one else has to go through this.

Fantastic experience: We got their services to help sell our home since we were moving out of state and really needed professionals to make this process faster. They helped set up our home for viewing and they had a good list of homebuyers who were actively looking for homes. Three weeks later we got a good offer and shortly sold our home after. Can’t say enough good words for the wonderful people working here.

Negative experience: I usually don't write reviews but I would hate for another buyer to come across Darin Sun. He had me sign a contract to work with only him then, just left my messages on read and avoided my calls. He lied and told me he would make an appointment the next day to see the houses I liked, but when the day came, he would not answer my calls to confirm the times after asking for his availability to See the houses. I took off work for no reason. He does not Care about people or their time. I would recommend finding a realtor with a higher skill set and wants to commit to the buying process, who can answer your phone calls and takes his job seriously. Buying a home is stressful, and your realtor should not make someone feel this way; I am very disappointed in his behavior because he seems like a nice person, but that was a fake image he played and end up being very unprofessional. This whole experience gave me Anxiety

Negative experience: The people who work here already have a lot of clients. So, if you call them, they might tell you that they can't make it work as they have multiple appointments. So rude and unprofessional!

Fantastic experience: I was recently able to purchase a house with the help of Linhan. She was very efficient and diligent with her work. In addition, she always has the client's best interest in mind. I really appreciated her help during my search for a new house.

Fantastic experience: I love this company my realtor was Briana Watts and she was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process!

Negative experience: Attended one of their open houses and I might as well not have been there. Not even a hello. They were talking to a (lighter shade) couple they obviously knew (or thought were better candidates for buying) the entire time we were there and not even a peep. Another brown couple arrived there a few minutes later and again, the same. Not even a hello. I don’t know if they were the actual listing agents or just assistants, but either way, incredibly unprofessional, inattentive and obviously discouraging people of color from wanting to live in that neighborhood. Unacceptable behavior and goes against equal opportunity housing guidelines. I don’t think I’d ever visit one of their open houses again, let alone put more money in their (need I say the word) pockets by buying from them. *one star because it’s the least one can give.

Negative experience: Moving from out of state and realtor quit on us a day before our trip into town to view properties. Said another realtor would be contacting us and we never heard back.

Negative experience: Called a few times then left a voicemail. We missed a call and called back the next day after receiving a voicemail back. So after seeing good reviews we thought that after everything we should call back, the person picked up and reminded me “ YES, WE SEE THAT YOU HAVE BEEN CALLING!!!! GIVE US A CHANCE, WE’RE DEALING WITH A LOT!!!” A place like this isn’t worth your time!!! Bad attitudes, bad business and bad behavior!! BEWARE!

Fantastic experience: I was looking through Zillow trying to find an agent to help me sell my house and they suggested a phone number, I called and Kim Roland answered. I took her on as my agent and I'm so glad that I did. She didn't waste any time. My house went on the market and I had 12 offers in one day. I could call her any time and she answered or called me back. Through me buying and selling a few houses through the years she's the best agent that I have ever had. Very dedicated. Through a few back outs and finances falling through she sold my house in less than 2 months. She works for a great company! Thank you Solid Source for agents like Kimberly Roland!

The agents helped us not only in staging our home but also finding a strong buyer and finally, sealing the deal! The best part is, we were able to get more than the initial asking price for our home. Negative experience: Solid Source represented the buyers when I was selling my home. The agent was unresponsive and extremely bad at his job. 2 days before closing we were advised the buyers had to terminate due to lending falling through and as a result I lost a new build that I had spent 3 months customizing (and several thousands of dollars). The buyers of my home lost their earnest money. If you are looking for an agent AVOID Solid Source. If you get and offer from someone represented by them, decline or get back up offers. If possible...AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Fantastic experience: The team at Solid Source is exceptional. While our relationship is supporting some of the technology in their business, it's easy to to tell when a company has passion behind what they do. These guys have that for sure! Chris and Rebecca - it's been great partnering with you!

Negative experience: I had a property showing with Tony Whitworth and he called me 5 minutes before the showing to tell me that a person who previously looked at it gave him the deposit an hour and a half prior to my showing but yet he just decided to call and let me know 5 minutes before. Absolutely unprofessional and a scummy move for a landlord to make.

Negative experience: Had really bad experience with the agent named Heather Reichert definitely not going with this company to look for a house ! She is rude and very unprofessional made us wait outside the house and never showed up when called she bluntly said she cant come as she has other appointments !

Negative experience: Can't speak for the rest but a certain employee named Gloria L. I signed up on Zillow about two weeks prior just to test the waters of a home search . I was at work during my busiest time and answered my cell phone. I receive many spam calls and thought it was just another sales pitch and hung up like anyone else would. Five minutes later I received a long text message from Gloria explaining how rude and I was for hanging up on her. She also blamed me for losing $750 on Zillow Leads and that I shouldn't sign up unless I'm ready to buy a house from her. I messaged her back and said I was ready to buy a house but not from someone who deals with people like she does . She them texted again and called me ignorant and a few more insults and that she was blocking me. Great ...Well, about 9 hours later at 8:30 pm I see another missed call from her . Luckily, I wasn't there to answer that one. I'm not easily offended and never leave reviews but this lady left an impression on me I'd never had before from a local company. I understand everyone has bad daysif that's what it was.if not I'd consider Solid Source giving their employees intensive physcologocal evaluations. I wish I could upload a photo of the message I received but there is no option.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I started looking online at houses in Duluth Georgia. We put together a list of houses with must haves and wishes. We emailed Cecil Whitmore the list of houses as well as our schedule. His follow up question was the first indicator that we’ve chosen the right realtor. We informed him that our primary residence is in California and that we have 3 days to view houses in Georgia in February. We also asked for a 30-day Escrow and for the house to be move in ready! Although we’ve had our complied list, Cecil offered additional houses for further comparison. He assured us that his goal was to find us a home of great value. Cecil prepared our 3-day schedule to view the houses. His schedule allowed us to view houses without feeling rushed. His planning was impeccable! Unfortunately, we did not find our home on that trip. However, the time spent with him, reassured us that he will find us our home. Afterall, he’s a great listener and really pays attention to detail, taking notes of what we liked and disliked about each of the houses. Yes, another indicator that we’ve chosen the right realtor. #findusourhome. My husband and I return to California, feeling hopeful. Within a week or so, Cecil text, stating that he has found our home. He emailed the virtual link and gave his expert opinion about house and its location. He also said that he would view the house in person and send us footage and pictures. His excitement about the house and value did not go unnoticed. He told us that we would not be disappointed. Cecil informed us of the area and its economic growth and development, something he knew would interest us (again, good listener). Now, this is when you must trust your realtor, remember, we’re still in California. After talking with Cecil, viewing the link, his pictures and footage we made an offer! Yes, the seller made a counter offer. #teameffort. My husband asked Cecil what amount we should counter that the seller will accept. We all agreed on that amount, and ta-da, the buyer accepted. We put a deposit on a house we hadn’t seen in person. However, we trust our realtor! The entire process went smoothly and yes, we closed within 30 days! #foundusourhome #highlyrecommend #joytoworkwith #trustCecil I do like lists.
