Fantastic experience: We just closed on the sale of our home, and I want to recommend Todd to other people who are looking to sell their home. Todd is completely professional and personable. Personally, I much prefer having one person to work with. He was readily accessible to communicate with day or night. The photographer he hired really presented our home in its best light. He carefully screened the buyers to avoid "looky lous". When I was out of town, he even swept up cat litter! When we got our offer and our daughter freaked out and we thought maybe we didn't actually want to sell, rather than being angry, he told us we were good parents. I waited because today I am closing on my house which we saw after many many houses we saw with Todd and until we decided the house we taking is our home.
