Roxie was very patient with me because it was a long, tricky process with the offers we were getting on our home, but what I always appreciated was her straight talk and positive encouragement. They also found me an agent in Birmingham, AL to help us buy our new house there, which was a HUGE weight off of my shoulders! Communication was always so easy and effective with them too, especially with showings and trying to understand the real estate terminology. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I will always be thankful to them for getting me through a big challenge of selling and buying a house back-to-back for the first time. 10 out of 5 stars!!
