Negative experience: Beg people for good reviews to coverup your faults . If review is bad ‘you Dnt know me’ My advice to future clients or customers: Be firm about your requirements (this is important) and remember that you are the one buying or selling the house. Never use an attorney, lender, or inspector or anyone recommended by the agent—always have your own. She is evil/ a realestate Karen . Good luck! Please be extremely cautious. Her conduct has been consistently deceptive and manipulative, and relying on her can lead to serious consequences. She is extremely distressing and unprofessional from beginning to end. She initially misled me during a crucial step in the home-buying process by telling me I had a 7-day financial contingency, while the documents I was made to sign had the contingency ending the same day. When I later raised concerns and asked for clarification, she completely ignored my emails. When I attempted to exit the contract due to this misrepresentation, she applied undue pressure by involving the attorney and lender not to support or clarify, but to convince me to stay in the deal. I also discovered she hadn’t properly disclosed the actual owner’s identity and failed to update the listing status. Due to the mishandling, I had to involve another agent to bring the home back under contract. But the issues continued, Kerry misrepresented the situation to the seller and even asked me to apologize, which I did not do. I chose to delay my letter to the seller until the contract was reinstated and then clarified the facts truthfully. Without saying apology . As for the property itself, repairs that were contractually required were not done properly. Kerry instructed the contractor to do a superficial “bandage fix,” which only came to light during the delayed final walkthrough just a day before closing. Both agents, seemed more focused on pushing me to closing rather than ensuring things were done right. I had to object, and only then were repairs corrected per the inspector’s report. To make matters worse, both agents miscommunicated my rightful concerns to the attorney and lender as me wanting things “done to my liking,” which was false and misleading. Agent even used tactics like threatening contract termination to pressure me into closing. On the day of closing I was asked to go to closing table to discuss but no one turned up . Later I walked out and later after 3 hours my agent waited for 2 hours in attorney office to make me sign the contract . Later repairs were done with me coordinating with the contractor. I got to know he had to do bandage fix based on Kerry’s advice. Just two days before closing, I had to release my agent since she and Kerry came up with a new amendment and a threatening. yet I paid her full commission. Kerry remained difficult until the end, showing reluctance to conduct the final walkthrough or share essential documents. In my opinion, this kind of behavior is not just unprofessional it’s harmful. Kerry’s conduct has caused me significant emotional stress, delays, and confusion. Based on my experience, I do not believe she is fit in real estate. Transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct are basic expectations, and none of those were met here. She is more harmful than doing her job. June 16th , 2025 - updates I was the buyer in this transaction, and your duties as the listing agent extend to fair dealing with all parties not just your client. Your actions over a period of more than two months, clearly show a pattern of misrepresentation, negligence, license violations. Your false claim that I left your client “homeless” is both inflammatory and inaccurate. The seller was offered a full month of post-closing stay, completely rent-free a highly generous accommodation on my part. What is written in the executed contract governs all, not emotional manipulation or behind-the-scenes pressure tactics. The delay in closing was a direct result of your actions and mishandling not mine. My review is to protect other buyers and sellers.

We said to each other many times that there's no way we could have tackled the overwhelming task of selling our home without her. This wasn’t my first time buying or selling, so I know the macro-level process. But my last time through ‘the process’ was more than 15 yrs ago. Kerry had logical and valuable suggestions (examples are with due diligence periods, requests for time/deadline extensions, how to stage the home, etc). She also had suggestions for contractors where needed, and coordinated all appointments, follow up, chasing, etc. In short, Kerry ‘handled it’ — all of it. Can’t recommend her enough!

On 5 separate occurrences she violated both the Georgia Brokerage Relationships in Real Estate Transactions Act and National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics. These violations diminished our ability to negotiate and make properly informed decisions regarding the purchase of the property we were looking to buy. oking to buy.

Fantastic experience: Being a first time home buyer, I was really looking for a realtor who is patient, knowledgeable about the area I was looking in and willing to answer all of my questions. Kerry was just that. She went above and beyond even reached out to realtors who had units on the market slightly above my budget to see if they would decrease the price. If it wasn’t for her doing that, I wouldn’t have found my now first home. On top of all that, Kerry worked with the sellers realtor to allow myself and Kerry to come 2 evenings before closing. This allowed me to get estimates from contractors and start getting work done the day after I closed. She also made the whole closing process so smoothly. Between her and my lender, I never had any concerns that I wouldn’t close on time or I was out of the loop on any communications. It was a hot sellers market where everything was getting snatched up as soon as it was up for sale! Kerry made sure we got into see the houses of interest asap and was constantly updating us on every situation of every prospect narrowing it down to our true potential inventory. We had never been in a bidding situation before until we came across a property that was an extremely rare find. We absolutely fell in love with it and had to have it. It was so stressful to know that we could lose!
