Fantastic experience: I have worked professionally with Alexander Wolf in the real estate closings capacity as well as having lived in their property managed communities. I have found their staff nothing but professional and detailed oriented in both capacities. As a real estate law professional with over 20+ years’ experience in condo and co-op closings, their closings have always gone smoothly because of their preparation. Prepping a closing takes time and there were never any surprises on their end. Having lived in an Alexander Wolf managed Co-Op, I have always found our property manager Dennis Crokos to be responsive and personable. On many occasions, I would send him an email about repairs that should be addressed and he always replied in a timely manner. Living in a building that is 80+ years old did require emergency repairs and always at inconvenient hours. The staff at AW and our amazing super was always there to address these issues. My husband and I have lived in several buildings on Long Island over the years under several management companies and I am truly impressed with Alexander Wolf and their staff.

Negative experience: They have been managing my building formany years. When I first got there the person who was Managing the property was aces. Top notch. Then after 6 months, they fired by him for going above and beyond his duties to help remove an unruly Board President. His replacement was excellent. Then they removed him, again because he simply did his job. We had the Owner's son for a bit, and he is about as incompetent as it could be. The new guy is just as bad. They have ZERO concern for the well being of the building and the shareholders. The building is falling apart and they do nothing to because we again have a runaway Board President.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been doing carpet cleaning in Alexander Wolf properties for years and they’ve always been great to work with. Their communication with residents is top notch, and you can tell they really care about the details—everything is always well maintained and handled the right way. The buildings are consistently in great condition, and the supers are super helpful and attentive, which makes a big difference. Definitely a well-run management company that takes pride in what they do.

Fantastic experience: My Co op complex is managed by Alexander Wolf and Jazz Beri is our property manager. As the board president for many years I have dealt with several property managers and I can honestly say Jazz is the best we’ve ever had. Her diligence is unmatched when it comes to handling issues as they arise and her customer service to our shareholders is exceptional. Her follow up concerning all matters is second to none making my tenure as president easier than ever. I couldn’t be happier to have her as our property manager.

Fantastic experience: I live in a condo building managed by Alexander Wolf. Our property manager, Jazz, is phenomenal. She is always on top of everything + her customer service is impeccable. I would highly recommend Alexander Wolf + most especially Jazz to one + all !!

Paul Yaworski makes frequent visits to our buildings to supervise work being done and to assess any potential items of concern. His team responds quickly to calls and notifications from residents and involves the board to find the best options.

Fantastic experience: Alexander Wolf & Company has been managing our building for quite a number of years now. I can honestly say that they are very reliable, credible, and trustworthy in taking care of and managing our property. Our building manager, Paul Yaworski, is very knowledgeable when it comes to the affairs of our building as well the laws that affects co-op residential such as ours. If you're in need of an outstanding management company, I would highly recommend you give them call.

Fantastic experience: I had a very pleasant experience with Kecia W. from Alexander Wolf & Company Inc., the property manager for my co-op. She recently handled a request from my mortgage company regarding my property insurance policies. She took the time to handle and answer several of their inquiries directly in an efficient and professional manner. She was also very patient in speaking with me personally and explaining the legal jargon in the mortgage company’s request. Thank you, Kecia and Alexander Wolf & Co!

Fantastic experience: I live at the Oceanclub in Long Beach NY and Alexander Wolf& Company are the Property Managers. They have done a wonderful job with the Property. Well maintained and secure. When I need something I deal with Brooke Weinberg. She’s excellent and responsive. It’s been a pleasure to live there and have a good support team.

Fantastic experience: So happy we chose Alexander Wolf to manage our property. Their team is committed to doing a job well done. Joei is our property manager and she is simply the best. She is hands on, organized, responsive, honest and proactive. I can’t say enough positive things about her. David in the finance department is great as well. With David’s expertise, he helped us with a sizable transaction and was always available to answer the Board’s many questions. Mary, Lisa and Valerie in Legal are kind, responsive, and always available to answer questions. It’s been a little over a year but we look forward to continuing our relationship with Alexander Wolf for many years to come.

Negative experience: Alexander Wolf Company as well as it's staff are absolutely unprofessional and lack any kind of experience managing a dog house alone apartment complex. It took me 6 months to purchase a coop in a complex they manage. Very unprofessional and unresponsive throughout the whole process. I had to get 2 loan extensions costing me a lot of money. My property manager is Sandra Encarnacion, wh9 is absolutely horrendous. She suspended work on my apartment for no apparent reason, costing me thousands of dollars in payment to the contractor. I submitted all paperwork again, and she did not reply and ignored my calls for week. After she requested additional paperwork and I'm back to waiting weeks for her to respond. I cannot believe such incompetent worker is allowed to work. Caution to anyone dealing with Alexander Wolf as the property management company, it's NOT worth it.

Fantastic experience: Kecia, Elizabeth and Rose were all very helpful in sending the 2024 Form 1098 to both me and my brother so that we could complete our tax returns - somehow we did not get the statements in the mail this year. Dennis and Wolf Management has completely changed our building. They are by far the best , they care about providing excellent service at an affordable price . Fantastic experience: I would like to acknowledge Alexander Wolf's, Dennis Crokos and Tracy Reed. For the last four years, they have managed our development and it has been a seamless pleasure to work with these two individuals who have attended to needs such as property name change, roof repairs from a leak and an overall smooth running of our development. As a former HVAC contractor who has worked with dozens of over-worked and frustrated property managers, I can say that ANYTIME I have called Dennis, he has responded quickly with results - and Tracy has done the same. Thank you for all the attention to our needs to keep our homes safe and pretty.

Fantastic experience: Although we only just engaged with AWC, I can safely say they are extremely organized and, thorough and knowledgeable about managing cooperatives. Our previous manager was a disaster and left us little information as well as almost no help in transitioning. AWC had several employees (in addition to our direct property manager) get us organized and set up. They pointed out methodologies that our prior manager was doing incorrectly (if not illegally). As the Board President, they made the difficult transition as easy as possible. Looking forward to a long relationship with them. Update - after a year of having AWC on board, I can safely say they saved our community. The depth of knowledge and resources made available to us was a lifesaver. Their ongoing management and counsel would be an asset to any property.

Fantastic experience: Jaskiran Beri is my property manager. Especially recently we have been communicating quite often over various matters. No matter what the matter, I find Ms. Beri to be knowledgeable, responsive, and a good communicator. I am very glad she is my Property Manager!

Negative experience: The general theme of these reviews seems to be that if you are a client or real estate agent in your first dealings with this company, there is a chance you might be pleased with their services. Experience over time will show, as many have noted, that dealing with this company is horrific. Forewarned is forearmed............

Negative experience: Horrible management company that doesn't take responsibility for what they said and that only focuses on charging more money. The people who handled my case got really rude once I mentioned about a reimbursement that is supposed to be issued to me as told by the assessor's office. Even the assessor's office person said that this company does this so many times regardless of them giving them the information that they need to do the work. Avoid this company if you are looking for a property management company, or avoid the co-op that has this as their management company.

Fantastic experience: I am a RE agent. I have to deal with many management companies for Co-Op and Condo rental/sales packages. Tracy, the legal coordinator at Alexander W., was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. They are a very good property management company.

Negative experience: No communication, skills or friendly

Negative experience: Board staff is rude and nasty - a client was in the process of purchasing at 89-40 151st Ave in Queens, NY and was denied an interview with NO reason behind it. The application fee was $785 the client already had mortgage approval, clients DTI and income met board requirements but the board denied her an interview with no explanation after reviewing her income and tax docs. They were extremely rude when you called in to ask questions. Their paralegal Valerie is also extremely rude when I called in to ask a question she said “ok what do you want?” AVOID business with this board at all costs.

Negative experience: I don't even the words to express how incredibly HORRIBLE, unhelpful, discourteous this management (mismanagement) company this is. They have no respect for their tenants nor do they know how to actually a building. They know only ONE thing - how to overcharge, create false charges and continually bill tenants until they bleed. They are atrocious !! If you are looking into a any building where they are a part, RUN ! Read the other reviews, they are not wrong. They want nothing but money - that's it! and they will do anything to force it out of you. If you don't' pay, they will simply increase penalties - at some point (when you sell the unit) you will bound to pay their RANSOM. I can't say enough bad about this poor, sad excuse for management company. As others have said, if there was the ability apply a negative rating, they would and should receive the worst possible rating.

Negative experience: A joke of a management company, they do not care about safety, health or wellbeing of any property that they assume to manage. Calls go unanswered, no on site personable interactions with owners and residents. Dennis K. should not be allowed to even work in an industry he claims he cares about. He is unprofessional, unethical and unreliable! Please think twice about using this company they are NOT the example management companies should be!

Negative experience: They might be good with simple things like a parking sticker but when it comes to more advanced problems they are horrible they might get back to you after you call them 3 or 4 times.A phone call is simple and they can't even do that.Don't hold your breath.

Negative experience: If I could give a negative star rating I would. Manager is rude, condescending, and obnoxious. Property is not maintained to the expectations of the residents and the amount paid in HOA fees. Unresponsive to maintainance requests. If you want your property to maintain it's value hire a different company. I wish our Board of Managers would fire them.

Negative experience: If you are looking into Alexander Wolf & Co. as a management co. do yourself a favor and look for another company. You will be paying good money for RUDE and LOUSY service. The awful Star Rating on Google & Yelp reviews are very much justified. It does not seem that the company quality controls the demeanor and attitude of its employees. In the event that you may be looking for a memorable experience in rudeness, go ahead and interact with their employee named Tracy Reed. It will definitely put things in perspective.

Negative experience: What a terrible management company could have on the earth? I called this company so many times regarding to the black mold from ceiling cause by building leaking. No one followed up, no one cared. Super is a helpless guy, could not do anything about it. I wished I could buy a condo saves this hassles by the management company.

Negative experience: We have them manage Alhambra condos on long island. Negligent and irresponsible. Rude and nasty. Mr. Wolf talks to us the owners of condos like he's our landlord..never tskes care of business in timely fashion. Stay away from them....they are bad news
