I don’t give 5 stars easily but if there were more stars for a review he would get them. Definitely one of the best companies I have ever rented from!

Negative experience: I lived in a house for 18 months that this company managed. It was disgusting. The manager seems to think any concerns we have are funny and not worth dealing with. Does nothing about it. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Rented a place through another realtor when I moved back from another state. The place was covered in black mold. I had to move again very quickly and Debbie came to my rescue! She moved so quickly I was able to move 4 days later. She has been responsive to any issues I have had and took care of them same day! I will always be grateful for her help and her humanity. Fantastic experience: Great company to work with! I rented for 2 years, they were always professional and timely.

Positive experience: I had my own share with this company and overall they were good. We did have some hiccups with the housing not being clean first moving in. But the other issues we had was, we had no lights outside and it seemed that the back portion of the house had no power to the outlets. When we mentioned it to them they had someone come to "assess" but never did anything about it. There was a cabinet that was foam filled to hold it in place that they had maintenance come out shave it off and put a screw through the cabinet to hold. Some power outlets were loose so you couldn't push a plug into them without the outlet going into the wall. Later on in the year they gave us another key that we assumed was our back door key, where it worked, but it turned out it was also the laundry room key... Which meant everyone who had a key had access to our house. They came out the next day to replace it. (Of course we never had an issue with that but it was kinda weird finding that out.) There were also times that I would leave a note in the payment system that didn't get acknowledged as well as text messages to Mr. Weylie that took quite some time to get responses. But overall. The housing was good, nothing major happened. And it did take some time to get our security deposit back but it could've been due to hurricane Milton. Thanks Elite Tampa Bay Realty and David Weylie.

Negative experience: Horrible for vendors and tenants. Would not recommended as they are shady, won't return calls to there tenants, try to find the cheapest fix for there tenants and they try and screw over vendors. If david answers best bet is to hang up.

Negative experience: I was moving from another state to Florida, and used someone from this company, Debbie. She mislead me and lied to me about everything just to make me pay the deposit way before hand. After I moved all the problems started. Please do not trust this company and make sure if you already signed a lease that you see the pictures and that the place is cleaned professionally. Other than that do not work for this company.

Fantastic experience: Debbie Hebden resolved a landlord/tenant dispute with courtesy, common sense, and graciousness. She really is earnest about keeping the tenant happy.

Negative experience: David is a very unresponsive to overhead leaks that create floods from neighboring water heater issues. During the remaining 6 months I was contracted to pay rent, no complete repairs were finished. Laborers/maintenance personnel showed up looking hungover and lacked appropriate materials/tools. I was with a moldy kitchen and inoperable stove top for 6 weeks before heated phone calls for follow thru of contract. No compensation or real sense of urgency. David and his bigot comments were surly noted. This company could care less about you. Decent spot if upkept. I would check county code and have City approved inspection before signing a lease. Total cover-up! Unsafe and unlicensed maintenance personnel with minimal experience and knowledge. David declined to pay a respectable rate for proper insured repairs. Place is a ticking time bomb for flooding and loss of personal property. They did not address the original inspection issues. Holes/missing tiles, dead cockroaches and termites in the closets coming from the upper framing as seen in other pictures. Flooded carpets without being cleaned or replaced. Continual leaks in foyer addition not properly constructed. This place needs to inspected and this company needs held accountable for proper maintenance and the county standards. Electric outlets don’t work properly, fans and lights missing pull cords and damaged appliance replacements. You can find a better safer place. God forbid there is a storm or issue. They do Not respond at all, then they give half of your deposit and blame you for damages they never fixed from the original walkthrough photos before original signing of contract and after that we spoke of the expectation. These folks neglected the entire contract. So glad I don’t need these guys. I feel sorry for the next people these folks walk on. Talk to the neighbors before signing a lease.

Fantastic experience: I’m a travel nurse and Debbie Hebden was one of the first people to reach out to me about a property I was interested in leasing for 3 months. Debbie answered all my questions quickly and secured the property for me within a couple days. All in all it was a very smooth process and a pleasure to do with business with her. Would highly recommend them, especially Debbie.

Is very professional he responds rapidly and if I ever had any issues with anything inside my home the Maintenance guy Corey is awesome he typically arriving the next morning I would love to look into buying a house through Mr. David in the future just because he does business so well it’s often hard to find people like this now

Fantastic experience: Management is fantastic and very prompt on any maintenance issues. The new A/C in my apartment is cold and the guys who installed it were super professional and courteous.

Fantastic experience: I have been in my lovely studio, in Clearwater, for almost three years with no issues until very recently. My air conditioner stopped working, my closet door came off track and one of my coils on my stove burned out in the same week. Within 15 minutes of reaching out to my leasing agent David, to inform him of my unfortunate concerns, he got back to me letting me know how to submit a maintenance request and within 30 minutes of submitting my request I was contacted by maintenance asking permission to go into my unit to start said repairs. Maintenance also informed me that I would be getting a call shortly from the air conditioning repair company and he was not wrong. They were in contact with me in less than one hour and also requested permission to enter my unit. From maintenance request being submitted to repairs being completed was right around/maybe a little over two hours. On top of this, I received a follow up text, from David, the next day asking if the repairs were completed. 5 star service and as another reviewer stated, my favorite rental I've ever lived in. You can tell that the owners are proud of their properties and by having an agent like David working with them, these will continue to be wonderful properties for a long time to come.

Fantastic experience: Spoke with the broker Dave who was very informative and friendly. When looking to purchase a new home I would definitely recommend using this company to friends and family. Fast, efficient, and could tell he is well informed about the market.

Fantastic experience: I’ve rented two apartments in downtown st. Pete from Elite and had good experiences at both. Maintenance was quick to fix a leak I had in a bathroom and replaced a washing machine that was working subpar. Pay rent through an app which is easy. I have had some apartment offices in downtown st. Pete make you drop rent off at their offices. Annoying. Overall easy to deal with and responded quickly to my maintenance issues.

Fantastic experience: I have Worked with David for the last 5 years he is extremely fair with tenets owners and employees and as someone who has rented from his company I would definitely recommend to anyone keep up the good work

Fantastic experience: Great guys!!! Would absolutely give 5 stars. The apartment we're in is a small studio but updated nicely! They did everything I asked before we moved in, sprayed for bugs, cleaned, etc. and their maintenance staff is top notch! Corey is fast, extra polite and we always have a great conversation when he's here! Keep up the good work everyone!

Negative experience: Nasty they don't give their tenants 100% or return deposits

Negative experience: I rented with them for two years. They entered my apartment a few times without permission or any sort of heads up. The broker is argumentative and rude. They're difficult to get a hold of, and very slow at taking care of anything wrong with the place. They tried to get me to hire professional cleaners on moving out, forcefully arguing with me about how it's in the lease. I literally had to pull out the lease and point out the sections to him in order to get my security deposit back.

Negative experience: Lease states to contact your agent from this office of problems arise. In one year I never got a call back from the property management or the owner of this place. I was advised to call him the second time my A.C. broke. FUTURE TENANTS: If you have an issue write a Google Review. This is the only time they responded to me. Staff is unprofessional. I signed my lease, they took the A.C. unit out two days later. It took a month and a half to get it replaced. The ceiling was leaking, it took them two months to fix. I contacted the property management, owner of this company. Never received a call back. Do not rent from these people. Any time I had an issue the only person that replied to me always had an excuse as to why she couldn't talk. I was told to "call and harass the roofing company myself" after waiting for a month and a half. This entire company does not care about their tenants. The issues I wrote on my move in inspection were never fully resolved.

Fantastic experience: We just rented a place through Elite Tampa Bay Realty. We have been working with Nancy, and she has been absolutely fantastic! Very helpful, friendly, and she made herself available for any questions/concerns we had throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend working with her to anyone!
