Fantastic experience: As context for this review, I've worked with Rob Sanders and Brent Jackson on two Washington DC condo transactions. I also have 10 years of experience leading corporate M&A transactions and am an owner in a residential home construction business. Suffice it to say, I understand home sales and the nature of working toward getting a deal done. Much like being a meteorologist in Southern California, it's easy to please people when conditions are almost perpetually positive. I believe the measure of an advisor is their performance in challenging markets and under less than ideal circumstances. In this regard, Rob (who I worked with directly) has been an excellent partner. Under difficult conditions for sellers - the "ebb" of the Washington DC condo market in 2025 - Rob leaned in to a tough process with constructive (and, critically, genuinely honest and selfless) guidance/action. We navigated to a strong and predictable conclusion against a backdrop in which record numbers of sellers are being blindsided. I would not hesitate to work again with Rob and Brent in the future.

I've worked with other realtors in the D.C./NOVA area in the past, and this was by far the best from professionalism to services provided to final product. Despite a very tough seller's market, Brent sold our condo at above list price in less than two weeks. They also helped us buy a new house that hadn't even been put on the market yet, including by putting us in touch with an excellent, extremely thorough home inspector. They were available to answer questions at all hours of the day and evening. They undertook costs and inconvenience to themselves to smooth over disagreements between buyer and seller. They gave good advice about legal and financial issues and how to interact with our counterparts, even after the sales were complete.
