The other 4 local realtors focused on the delayed maintenance, and valued the property based on comps for single family homes on only 2.5 acres. Only Diana recognized that the 5-are property was valuable beyond the computer-generated comps. Her professionalism, collaborativeness and willingness to conduct more research on the spot was impressive. I was also impressed by the fact that she truly conducted her realty business as a profession and not just a part-time gig. Diana did her research and even contacted the Jurupa Valley city planners, multiple times, to determine whether the property could be listed as divisible, thereby increasing the property's value. And while the property was not divisible as zoned, Diana's research, and her impressive negotiation skills paid off. She sold the property at above the asking price, and above what the buyer's bank would loan on it. Diana also deftly handled the heirs' misplaced grief, which resulted in clean-up work down to the last day before escrow closed. Even after escrow closed, she assisted in a couple of matters regarding terminating waste management services. Diana went far above and beyond what any realtor would have done.
