He took the time to make helpful suggestions and even sent us links to specific key locks he recommended. Kristine - Was helpful is getting the renter set up and ready to go. She made the process for the renter smooth and quick, which we are happy about because we also want the qualified renter to be happy and satisfied with the service. Christine - Helped us in the beginning of the process and was also another point of contact that we could reach for questions♥️ Recommendation: Our only recommendation is that there should be a more streamlined process up front regarding communication with homeowners/clients & Management One team members. Because there were so many people from different departments reaching out to us, we were confused on who our point of contact was. We had about three people from the Leasing Dept. reach out to us and it got confusing at one point. With that said, we really do appreciate that there are many team members supporting us throughout the process of getting our place rented out. Together, we were able to get the place rented out in 2 days!! The house was not even on the market for a week!! A BIG THANK YOU to Management One for all your support. We are excited to be working with you!!

Experiencia negativa: My wife and I have recently decided to use Management One to help us rent out a property we own. To be honest, we’re not super happy with the company so far. The company is run in a very informal way. I have never actually met anyone in person or sat down to discuss specifics with someone in person. We weren’t invited to have a in person sit down discussion / meet and greet to learn about what they have to offer. Unfortunately, at the time it was difficult for us to meet in person so we probably wouldn’t have met with anyone anyway. They prefer to communicate via phone calls and refer to their website for specific details. They seem to over promise and under deliver. For example, they take photos of the entire property prior to renting it but when you ask to have a copy they are unable to get you the photos. Makes me question if it’s even completed. Our property listing that was posted on Zillow / renting websites had multiple errors in the property description. They supposedly walked and inspected the property but got major things wrong with the ad’s description like not listing the included washer and dryer or the 2 car garage being described as a 1 car garage. Everything that is done has to be verified because there have been multiple errors requiring corrections. Simple things that shouldn’t require correcting. When speaking to the staff they are not personable, very cold, and conversations are short. Maybe that’s just business? It seems to be a constant struggle to find out information, multiple phone numbers and emails to all different people. It’s hard to find out the details of our now rented property. It’s a little bit like pulling teeth. And what’s worse is they have been pushing us to rate them even before the property was rented. If it means that much then I will be honest about everything. Sorry if you’re reading this, Management One, but this has been our experience so far. Financially, we see small charges here and there that are adding up. We had a shudder blown off the property’s exterior (which people touring the property first noticed) and even though the management company claims to take care of everything, after several emails and phone calls we had to contact people to get it fixed. I don’t really understand. Now, this is our first time using a management company so maybe my expectations are wrong but we got a management company to be hands off when renting and so far that has not been the case. Even our neighbor, who we found out coincidently uses Management One also for their property, isn’t really impressed with their services.

Experiencia negativa: If you come across a property that is through Management One MOVE ALONG! We first moved into a house that was operated through Management One Property Management that was clearly not professionally cleaned. Everything was dirty from blinds to carpet and many light bulbs that would not turn on. During our stay in the house when we addressed the staff about issues, it took way longer than it should have to get back to us and when we would call to ask about the same issues again the staff was rude. After we finally left the property they charged us for EVERYTHING. Replacing the carpet, fixing things that were already broken upon moving in, cleaning the house which we left cleaner than the day we moved in and then painting almost every single wall in the house the list goes on. Everything about this company is no good. On our final month at the property we were told two different things between employees and made it appear that they had our best interest, but it is now very clear that they do not. If you have moved into a property managed by Management One document everything, write down who you talk to and what was said, every piece of conversation that happens. You will need it.

Experiencia negativa: We moved in and the house we rented was in bad shape. The carpet was stained, there was a dirty pan left in the oven, the blinds had food stuck to them, drawers, cabinets etc. were filthy. It took days for them to get back to us about complaints... they claimed their email wasn't working, even though all communication was over the phone. They were rude when I made follow up calls. We finally moved and they charged us for everything. They nickle and dimed our deposit so we were left with $100. Charged us for carpet that was in WORSE shape when we moved in. Charged us $500 for cleaning, when we left the house in way better shape than when we got in... and they charged us to fix a gate that was broken when we moved in!! I wonder if they even made the repairs they're claiming?? We were supposed to get 8 days prorated rent refunded to us, and now they're saying that the person who promised us this money wasn't in charge of that decision! Horrible, shady company. If you see one of their houses for rent, move along. They will take you for everything and give you horrible service!
