Being my first time buying a home I needed quite a bit of help starting off , their staff was very generous and patience with me and did everything possible to find me a route that made sense for me and my family. Being I'm self-employeed they guided me every step of the way with sucess .Their communication skills were always 100%. As a first-gen homebuyer I was really looking for a place where I wouldn't feel judged and felt welcomed. They exceeded my expectations. When it came time to look at houses our agent was very patient and meticulous and knew exactly what we wanted. We did multiple rounds until we found our perfect house. They made the paperwork easy to understand. Couldn't be happier with choosing them for my first home experience.

Initially when walking in all those years ago, I was not ready to purchase but they assisted me with all the steps to be able to be in the right position to purchase. Experiencia negativa: PLEASE BE AWARE!!! of MARIA ROSIE CONTRERAS Realtor of Divina Realty!!!! reality 0/5 stars; unprofessional & disrespectful. The agent was 45 minutes early before the window showing time. She came to our house meanwhile my wife was in the shower (our son got scared and ran to the shower where my wife was.) My wife heard the lady saying hello as she walked into the house, from the shower my wife told her to please get out of the house till she got out of the shower and dressed. At least 5 minutes later the agent eventually said out loud that they were done looking at the house and left. They did not leave when asked to and took advantage of the situation.

"She's Very greedy and a liar!!" That's what the owners of the home told us. they didn't listen to her and sold us they're home. We've been happily here for a yr now. I would never!! Recommend her! She was very angry when they sold the home to us that's no way for an real estate agent to act! She was still getting paid..
