Experiencia fantástica: I met Ruben Muro when he was selling my next-door neighbor’s house here in Riverside. The way he responded and solved the problems impressed me! He was also able to sell the house for the list price, that further impressed me! After that I decided that if I ever needed the services of a realtor, Ruben would be the first one I would contact. In late 2021 my other neighbor wound up being placed in a long-term care facility. I’ve never sold a home before, and it’s been over 50 years since I bought mine, but once she finally accepted the fact that she wouldn't be returning home, it was a no-brainer to suggest to my neighbor that Ruben should be the guy to market her home. I told her about Ruben’s success selling the home across the street from her, and she agreed to engage Ruben to sell her home. I became directly involved in the sale because the owner subsequently granted me Power of Attorney. The home needed a lot of work to get it ready to be shown. When it was time to buy, we found a great house in only 2 weekends. We were not going to bid on the house though, because it was $25,000 over our budget.
