I asked Michelle to become my realtor after my Mom passed away and left me with her home. The house needed to be remodeled very badly and I had so many questions on where to begin this process. She met me at my mom's home and we went room to room where she gave me recommendations on paint, flooring, countertops, appliances, fixtures, you name it. Not only did she have recommendations, she had the contact information to the different contractors I needed to help me complete the project. When it came time to close on the house, I had to be out of town and she even volunteered to sign the necessary contract information for my wife and I which allowed me to keep my out of town plans. I had to contact her all hours of the day sometime, late into the evening and even on weekends and she was always accommodating. I don't know when this woman has time to sleep but I promise you will not find another harder realtor that will do anything and everything to sell you home and get top dollar for your home. The house was under contract in a month and sold for the listed price the next. Since we had to move out of state, Michelle even signed for us at closing. Buying and selling a home might be one of the biggest decisions/ transactions most of us make and it’s so important to have someone who knows the industry well and also has your back! Michelle went above and beyond to help us with the whole buying/selling process and we could not be happier! (2021) Being first time home owners and relatively new to the country, the entire process was new to us. During our very first phone call, Michelle explained to us in great detail about everything we needed to get done from start to owning the house. She really understood what exactly we were looking for because in the second week Michelle showed us the plans to a house we now call home. This turned out to be the beginning of a long journey with one unexpected hurdle after another.
