Experiencia negativa: These people are so crooked Had maintenance issues from day one when I moved then nothing was never fixed found out that I’m paying for someone else a pot me what a bill address that numerous time nothing has been done. My bill is over $500 do not rent from them if you don’t want to be scam. They are slum landlords.

I was upset because I really liked the place and had the money that day just needed to know how much to go take out. I guess my money wasn't wanted. So with that said I just stay away from inquiring about any of the other properties I see they have listed

Experiencia negativa: FRAUD: STAY AWAY!!! I was fooled into believing this: "So far my interaction with this agency has been nothing but pleasant. Patrick is professionally friendly and always available." Yeah Right!! I paid a deposit Twice on the same website for a place and was totally forgotten about. So please take your business elsewhere if you're looking for a place to call home. This company will only help itself to your earnings.

Experiencia negativa: Will give NO stars. Evidently the tenants were not screened before renting. The house and yard were left in shambles. Rent has been late every month and partial payments were made. When I tried to find out about what was going on, I got no cooperation. Every stipulation in the lease was broken. DO NOT recommend!

Experiencia negativa: Update2: I’m adding this because I’ve been trying to meet someone at the office to pay rent and I haven’t gotten an answer, at this point I don’t even think they have a functioning office. I was corresponding with the property manager who stopped responding 10/26 1:31pm update: Google needs to give the ability for negative stars,I’m so feed up at this point and they don’t seem the least bit remorseful. I finally reached someone through email, got a tech to come out September 2nd and I haven’t heard a peep since . I won’t even mention the email exchange PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD RENT ELSEWHERE !!!!! It’s not worth the headache !!! I’m not one to write reviews unless it’s really bad . Well it’s definitely really bad. I’m convinced they get people to write review for them because there just isn’t anyway they have anything above a 2 and that’s being generous. They don’t respond to maintenance request they ask you submit through their app, I have request dating back to FEBRUARY that has STILL gone unanswered. I’ve called every number imaginable they have and left voicemails. I’ve gotten only one call back 2 months ago expressed my issues and concerns and maintenance request but still no resolution. I just so happen to notice they respond to review so this is yet ANOTHER attempt to NOT get an answering machine. My next step is to contact the housing authority my windows are literally falling about , the storm took out two of them so now they are covered with cardboard , my oven hasn’t been working for two months floor boarding is missing , parts of the ceiling are falling. I’m telling you CARAWAY DOES NOT CARE !! It’s astonishing these people still are employed

Experiencia negativa: I have been having major issues with the company getting back to me on things in the apartment that are supposed to be fixed by them. I ,for some reason, can not get them to send me a copy of the lease I asked for them to email me on day one. I just recently sent an email asking for it and have gotten no response. There are bugs in the house, the a.c. went out that they put in and I put in a work order through portal about it. I had gotten no response and no one came and replaced or fixed it. The one in my 3 year olds room is acting up and I called them about that one cause I feel as if nothing gets done through portal and was told I would get a call back and never did. When the air conditioners were put in they left gaps and we have had wasps and ants come in through it. The fuses keep blowing and they did again last night. I called and they said they would get someone to call me and have someone come fix it and I never recieved a call and no one came out. I called again and was told she was just the answer of service and she will call them every 10 minutes to try to get someone to contact me cause as much as I try to be nice I finally got an attitude about it. I wouldn't be so upset if it was the front part of the apartment but it's the back part and my fridge is out because of it and I don't have the money to replace the food that's in there.

Experiencia negativa: My name is Joe Anderson I turned 18 this year and this is my first house . I was very excited until i moved in. Once I payed my rent and my deposit which was $800 total she stopped answering phone calls and text messages. The water was not on yet but the electricity was and i got that switched into my name. I didn’t know this house had so many problems until I actually got ready to move in . None of the door close and the back door has many openings and it does not lock . Let me remind you this house is located in the heart of East Side Cedar grove . My momma called her and told her that the sinks leaking and nothing haven’t been done . The yard need to be mowed she said someone was gonna send someone out to cut it but no one ever showed up . Ive tried contacting her from different numbers and once she found out it was me she hung up in my face . Im very upset with the service and I need someone to contact me ASAP to get these problems fixed.

Experiencia negativa: The house they rented to us was horrible. The house was full of mold and the hall floor had a big hole in it where bugs was crawling in. We called and called and called. When they finally sent someone out they still didn't fix anything. I WOULDN'T recommend the place to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: There would be ZERO stars if I could. We have had several issues with Caraway Realty. Our roof is leaking and we have notified them SEVERAL times and all they say is so and so will call you back and guess what?! No call back EVER. They supposedly sent someone out here to check for the leaks and they said 'looks normal' . I'm sorry but weather spots getting larger and larger with every single rainfall is NOT NORMAL. I will never ever recommend these people. Dogs poop in your yard and they don't do anything about it. They made me get rid of my dog because she was over the weight limit yet everyone here has 4+ dogs and they are as big as a pit bull. Very poor service.

Experiencia negativa: Wish i could give NO stars. Very poorly managed. They dont respond to maintanence issues in a timely fashion and they are very rude when talking to them on the phone. The people that they do send eventually to check out maintanence issues are rude as hell also and always have to come back out to try to resolve whatever issues because when they come out the first time they dont care to listen to you explain the problem as if you dont know what you're talking about. I recommend anyone looking for property management to look elsewhere.
