Unfortunately, I found myself in a situation where I felt I was being misled and potentially scammed. If you're ever in doubt about your realtor's behavior, I encourage you to trust your instincts. If you believe you’ve been scammed or are dealing with unethical behavior, it’s crucial to take action. Reporting the realtor to your local real estate commission or board can make a difference. They have the authority to investigate and take appropriate action against unethical practices. I regret not being more vigilant from the start, and I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale for other home buyers. Always do your research, ask questions, and don’t hesitate to seek help if something feels off.

Experiencia negativa: We rented for a couple years and it was okay not really any issues. But when it came time to renew our lease. My husband signed and the we decided we wanted to go month to month. I spoke with mylenda and she told me it was fine since I didn't sign the lease and we would go month to month. I gave my 30 day notice and then even moved out sooner since they asked me to so they could get someone in there right away. They asked for my address to send my deposit and prorated rent which was well over 2000. But 40 days later they decided to tell me they were keeping it since I violated my lease by moving out. A lease which I was no longer in. As a result I am now having to take them to small claims court to get my deposit back. I left eh property in better condition than when I received it, I paid the 300 to have carpets cleaned. I was also told as long as they got someone in there right away I would get all my money back. Lies, lies, lies. I would never recommend this company. If they had no problem doing it to me they will do it to you as well!!!

Having no credit history here, no rental history or any kind of history in the USA was very difficult. Once we got into the home there were several issues, which were immediately taken care of by Brittany!! Anytime I had any issues Brittany was always very quick to get them resolved!! Experiencia fantástica: I have been dealing with Diamond property management since January and they have been awesome! My previous property management company was slow to respond to work orders and would hire sketchy technicians to do sketchy repairs on my house. Since Jan I have submitted 3 work orders which were all processed and completed within a day or two by quality technicians. I submitted one last Sunday evening and had a plumber at my house at 8am Monday morning. The Diamond staff has been extremely friendly and very professional, I have been working with Alyssa up there and she is definitely on top of her game! If you are shopping around for a property management company, I would highly recommend Diamond Realty!!!

Especially once the pandemic occurred, we found ourselves a little panicked and unsure of where we would go once we arrived to the Bossier City area. As we have no contacts in Louisiana, we were stumped as to how to find a home that would suit our needs. Ryan reached out and, not only filled us in on helpful information about housing options in the area, but narrowed down some amazing houses based on our military family budget. He very patiently showed us several beautiful places via virtual tours, and ensured our home had everything it needed. Upon our arrival, he and his family personally welcomed us to the area which was super kind. Thank you again for being so so informative, military friendly, and helpful in finding our first home to own!

Experiencia negativa: I don’t usually leave reviews but Rhonda was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I went into the office to let them know I had personally taken care of several issues, but needed their maintenance to look at an electrical outlet hanging out of the wall and a broken sewer cap leaving the sewer line wide open. Rhonda did not even pretend to be interested and offered nothing but excuses when a simple, “we will look into it” would have sufficed. As a renter, this management company concerns me. But, as an owner, I would never trust them with one of my properties.

Experiencia negativa: I was shown a property on Thursday. Told that if I did the app ( which was $80 bc it was me an another person) that they would run it and let me know the next day. I did everything I was supposed to on Friday. I had to call on Monday and they had not even ran the app. Then they called Tuesday at 8am saying we were approved come pay deposit. I get another call why we are in route at 10:30 am and was told oh well somebody made it before you. So basically you got $80 for nothing. Had they did there part on Friday this would not have been a problem or a waste of money. Horrible way to do business and I would never rent or buy anything from them. Mary told us that once I told her I was coming to pay the deposit then she wouldnt accept any more deposits.. Gave us this big oh I am a Christian and would never take advantage... That is quite interesting. I will pray for her type of Christianity. In response to owner... That is not true. I called and told her that someone was in route to pay at 11 because I work an hour away. She stated she wouldnt be in at 11 due to having to show a property but it could be left at front desk. When she called back, she told me to stop that person from coming because they took someone else's deposit. She was well aware I was bringing the deposit yesterday March19 not March 22. So before you posted your disrespectful apology below as if funds were the problem, maybe you should have gotten the full story from the Christian that doesn't take advantage but apparently doesn't tell the full truth.

Experiencia negativa: Don’t do it!!!! Rented property that ended up full of mold (attempted to paint over) in heating vents. Transferred to another unit with them. Refused to give our security deposit, claiming a hallway needed painted and lawn needed mowed; equaling $1300. Never provided any receipts. Crooks!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Diamond Realty is the biggest scam I’ve ever seen in my life! I rented a house in Haughton, LA for a year and paid every month on time! Cleaned the house spotless when I left and they still kept my $1,500.00 deposit and said I owe all these late fees!! Please beware of this company!!

Experiencia fantástica: Donna Vinson is awesome!! She has the sweetest personality and goes above and beyond her responsibilities of a realtor. I am glad I met Donna when I did. My house had a contract on it within 1 1/2 weeks with diamond reality. My house was listed with another realtor. Will not get into that. Just know I wasted 4 months with a different realtor. Donna re listed my house for what I wanted to sell it for. If you need your house sold contact Donna Vinson at Diamond Realtors office. You will not regret it.

It does not matter if you are overseas deployed or state side, my agent would always answer my calls even @ 3am local time because I was 12 hours difference. They were able to list and sale my house and purchase a new one all with video conferencing and I never worried about my family that was state side not being taken care of. These agents have the best core values.

Experiencia negativa: The buyer of my house used them and literally 1 hour before closing, Diamond realty added a $400 "transaction fee”. Since I was paying closing costs, this came out of my pocket. Nobody could give me a good explanation of what that was for, including their agent - Craig Leggitt. My agent from Keller Williams had never heard of such a " fee". I mean they already got 3%. I sucked it up and paid it so not to delay the closing, but I'm not going to keep quiet about it!

Experiencia negativa: They are very unprofessional. They do things such as; schedule appts without informing you, disrespect you verbally and highly inefficient in their planning and logistics. I will never do business with them again. They should close, seriously!!!
