Since that time, and throughout the selling and buying process twice, Tavia has always remained transparent and has never wavered in her support and being accessible. When she says once you are in your home, the homeowner support does not end... I am living testimony! Any concern, repair issues, home warranty issues, contacting the prior home owner or agent, anything that needs addressing she responds and addresses it immediately. One Example: My air unit was not coming on two days ago, i immediately reached out to Tavia, she addressed the problem and got me in touch with a very reasonable and affordable electrician the next day, he came out, fixed the issue and air unit was working within an hour. Amazed??? NO, because I've grown to trust Tavia thru the homebuying process and knew it would be handled. But i wanted her to know her attention to her clients, day or night was beyond appreciated. So here's my text when the electrician left: "Got air! Carlos took care of me!
