When Nadia showed me places she asked what it was that I liked and didn't like about each place so that she could incorporate that into finding the home that was right for me. Nadia never hesitated to show me places that I found that were outside my original interests. When we found a home that I wanted, it was outside my price range and Nadia didn't hesitate to make an offer on my behalf that was inside my price range. Lo and behold we were able to negotiate a price that allowed me to get the house that I wanted. Nadia's work wasn't done after negotiating the price. My situation was out of the ordinary and there were some curve balls by my lender. Nadia worked with the seller's agent to reassure the seller that I was serious about the house and that the issues that had come up were strictly circumstantial and would be resolved.
