Experiencia fantástica: I thought I’d never sell my home. I’ve owned it since the 70’s, rebuilt it after the Valley Fire and believed I would stay here forever. When life circumstances changed and I realized that this home was getting too much for me to handle, I had to make a difficult decision and move closer to family. On top of that, I had just had surgery and was having challenges with being mobile and leaving the house. Annaliese Quisisem with Ajility Real Estate had helped three generations of my family. My husband and I had already moved into our new house in the Sierras and were taking our time getting our home in Santa Rosa ready to sell. Annaliese knows her stuff and she knew the exact square footage I was seeking in a short amount of time. In addition, she lined up homes coming on the market the same day before I met up with her as homes we could not view suddenly dropped off.
