You need an experienced agent by your side, walking you through every step of the way, especially once you put in an offer. That’s exactly what we got with Morgan and the Sullivan Group team! My buddy Aaron and I were faced with rental termination as the property was put up for sale. Our world was flipped upside down and with only 60 days to figure out our next move we didn’t know what to do. Neither of us ever thought we could buy a house in California, let alone here in Sonoma County, especially in today’s market. We started looking at rentals.
