While that may not be on top of everyone’s list, it’s near the top of ours. This company makes to most of their employee’s core strengths. Peter Foley, our realtor, promptly returned our inquiry and quickly assessed our needs. There was very little inventory on the market, and he expertly shoehorned us to the top of the offers that won us the bid. Birgitte Foley kept us on track with all of the paperwork, and if we needed any sort of resource or service, she had great referrals at hand, for cleaning services, handypersons, contractors, you name it. They include a free home warranty as part of the sale. These guys made this home purchase effortless - we closed on an expedited schedule, leaving us a week to get pulled together prior to beginning a new job here. They make you feel like old friends, and are great ambassadors for this friendly, welcoming town. If we were to rate their service quality, it’s “premium” from beginning to end… and even after - they’ve been so helpful to us newbies. First off, I have never worked with an agent who gave me a menu of services before. I could choose which "level" of service I wanted and just pay that amount. Secondly, Ernest gave us a presentation and shared with us how he uses data to make choices about how to sell a house. He doesn't just go down the path that he thinks Agents are "supposed" to follow. I have referred friends and family to him and everyone has spoke of his outstanding personality and professionalism, so naturally when it came to buying my home he was the first I turned to. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that he had a team working with him to make sure everything was very smooth and comfortable, and from the very start Ernest and his buyer client manager, Joshua, gave us a red carpet treatment. This red carpet started with their very unique informative buyer presentation and their thorough communication, which left me feeling confident with the buying process from the beginning! Going out on tours was enjoyable and their hand crafted “tour book” provided multiple pages of demographics, pictures, and price estimates for each of the properties, providing a stress-free review of each home while making our decision. After our first tour we believed we found the right property. Ernest and Joshua helped us through the decision-making process and we truly felt guided while having control the whole time. They then negotiated an amazing offer for us and submitted all the paperwork as we entered into contract! To make a long story short we slept on it and realized this property was not the one, and Ernest was so understanding of our situation. He guided us through the process of canceling our contract and then we regrouped and went out a week later and found the right one! We had a quick and easy close just in time for Thanksgiving.
