Experiencia fantástica: After being in the plumbing business for about five years now, we decided it was time to look for a commercial property of our own instead of renting. We randomly found a place online which was listed by Vinny and his team. We decided to call Vinny and right away we set up an appointment to see the property. Vinny was professional and prepared to show us the place right away. We saw the place and we automatically thought it was the perfect for us. Vinny was up front and honest about every detail pertaining to the property. After a few days, we decided to make an offer and the seller agreed, we were happy and everything happened so fast and smooth. Since this was our first time buying a commercial property, Vinny also guided us, recommended a broker and a lawyer for us, we fully trusted him because he had a lot of knowledge in real estate. I must say, when buying a commercial property, the process is different from buying a regular home, it's a bit more challenging with the bank. However, Vinny answered any questions we had and any paperwork we needed from him or from the seller, he helped us right away. As I went through the mortgage process, which was the most challenging part, I learned a lot, thanks to the broker that Vinny recommended (John the broker was full of knowledge). We will definitely be doing more business in the future with Vinny and his team. Thank you for all your help Vinny, we look forward to more closings.

Experiencia negativa: While Vinny is a pleasant person, he acted as a dual agent without informing us. We only realized once we pointedly asked him who was representing the other party after questioning why he repeatedly pressured our senior citizen family member to make concessions that were counter to the sale contract and common sense. Thankfully we did have some support for our attorney once we highlighted the conflict of interest. Its difficult for me to recommend him given these ethical concerns. Edit: 8/16/2023 - I received a call from Today Realty Co. This afternoon. I thought they were calling to discuss this review and address my poor experience. Instead, Vinny made menacing comments about consulting his lawyer about this review. I stand by my review, it is based on our personal experience with the company and reflects how their actions in the transaction made us feel. Their conduct on this phonecall, focusing on their image, instead of our experience and concerns just reaffirms my decision to give a 1-star review.
