Experiencia negativa: Viewed a bungalow in La habra Roaches and bare minimum “remodel” Pros price was good for a 2 bedroom Cons self guided touring, called their number to ask questions about application process and went to voicemail only responded via email. I had a really frustrating experience with White Glove Property Management. The application process was overly complicated with way too many steps just to get screened. They required extensive information, including reaching out to employers and references, which felt excessive for a rental application. What made it worse is that there was no transparency upfront — we weren’t told there were multiple applicants competing for the same unit until after we already paid the screening fee. That felt misleading and gave false hope that we had a fair shot. I worked with Lynsey Bird, and overall the process felt unorganized and not respectful of applicants’ time or money. I wouldn’t recommend applying here unless you’re okay with jumping through a lot of hoops without clear communication about competition and contacting employers. Also the unit was not too impressive of a remodel just painted plank wood walls and found roaches in sinks while viewing. It’s a shame we were really motivated to move in and had no rental issues in the past on screening reports but maybe we dodged a bullet good luck to the applicant that was honored the lease.

Maintenance requests are always handled quickly, and the online portal makes it super easy to pay rent and submit issues. Their rates have also been very reasonable compared to others in the area. Overall, I’ve been really happy with the service and would definitely recommend WG to other renters.

I cannot emphasize the importance of having an honest responsive team of managers to oversee your property. Specifically, Kelli Capone manages the hands-on operation of our units that includes repairs, contacting vendors thereby keeping our units in good condition. However , over the years several of our units needed repairs and that is where Kelli comes in. She contacted the plumbers as needed, the vendors for repairs, the painters and other contractors to get the property in good shape. Not only we as owners were well pleased with her communication but the tenants expressed their praise. Kelli treats these units as if she lives in one of them. ..that’s why we have low tenant turnover. Look no further White Glove is your best choice to manage your property. And Kelli is the best!! I have found Blake and his crew to be exceptional communicators. They keep me updated on all matters relative to my property. They provide detailed repair reports, often including pictures. I feel like my property is well- cared for, and I recieve my rent in a timely manner. What more could an owner ask for! I highly reccomend White Glove if you need a superb management company!

Experiencia negativa: Everyone is nice here however, just be aware when giving them your security deposit, my deposit was $6,900 which is pretty outrageous to begin with. I rented a place for a year and you would expect I would receive my full deposit back, but in this case I got charged $1,100 for some unnecessary repairs, for example, window deep cleaning for $250, paint repairs for over $600, keep in mind there is just a few holes on the wall and that was patched. $600 is crazy, I had the house professional cleaned but apparently they needed to re do the cleaning. They also brought up that the car port wasn't sweeped before we left and tried to charge us for that, remember the car port is outside and trees above it, it's almost impossible to keep it clean with no leaves. This property was located in laguna beach, bunch of locals know how shady this property management is to begin with. Hope this helps out for new renters, I'd recommend just to get a place that's owned by owner instead of dealing with White Glove.

Experiencia negativa: What a terrible experience I had with Noel, Blake, and White Glove Property Management from 02/19/2024 to 04/22/2024. Blake was so nice, polite, patient, and professional before I signed up. However, they delayed the roof leak repair for over two months. They quoted me $4,000 to replace the window box for the roof leak and claimed the entry door was not an exterior door. When I refused to approve the $4,000 repair, Noel yelled at me loudly. Then, They started doing numerous repairs without my approval. They tarped the roof for $650, sealed a window for $500, and conducted a water test that was quoted at $1,500 but charged me $600 after I refused to approve it. They replaced a sliding door roller for $550 and repeatedly delayed the HOA roofers' repair appointment. Then, they did a mold test for $1,215 without my approval. Eventually, they canceled the contract after I pressured me to pay $1,500 for remediation, without rendering the service and refused to refund me. I reported them to the Department of Real Estate and will file a lawsuit against White Glove Management. I earned from DRE website that White Glove was cited in 2016. Blake is a licensed real estate agent, but Noel is not. She never answers phone calls, is a terrible person, and is extremely rude. I would not recommend them to anyone. stay away from this company!

Blake, Kelli, and Megan prepared the property and helped find a high quality tenant that stayed until we sold the property. Through the intervening years, their service was impeccable and they recommended a realtor agent who and helped prepare the house for sale. All went smoothly. For me, White Glove PM provide a high value and great return on every dollar spent.

Experiencia negativa: He told us that we will make more money with them because he will be charging more late fees etc. but afterwards we found out they keep all the extra fees and doesn’t share a penny with us. They said they will handle some evictions for us but as soon as we signed the contract the story changed and he said there is no reason to evict any tenants. We had already started an eviction process with an attorney and turned over all the documents and progress we had made. They ignored everything we had done and made us charge for redoing everything. He also started treating us like garbage and yelling at us on the phone and disrespecting us over the phone whenever we questioned anything They also hold on to your money and reserves after and give it back only if you give them a good review.. That's the only reason they don't have more bad reviews here. They are still holding on to around $10k of our money for writing this review. On top of that for any bad reviews they will add a comment that its a fake review.

We had to take it back after we were not making any money of our properties. Worst part is they never go near the property, not even to show the units.

When there are vacancies, Megan immediately goes out to the property to assess make-ready recommendation so that the unit can be repaired and rented out ASAP. Experiencia fantástica: I was a renter/tenant for a year and went through this property management company and I have to say at 1st I didn’t trust a thing I heard and was very skeptical. I must say White glove property management specifically Blake Borowski the owner is just as fair and honest and transparent as they come. In today’s market/economy when you need help or service most of the time you are given un personalized treatment. How many companies are there online that don’t even want you to call them on the phone anymore and require you to E-mail them and hope in 2-5 days you will get a response. These guys are the exception to what we are all used to. Here is my E-mail that I sent on June 6th 2022, I think this sums up this review. Blake, I cant tell you how much I appreciate you taking the time to go and check the property and for being so honest and transparent. It is rare to find someone/business these days that actually does what they say they are going to do before firing back a boilerplate rejection E-mail. Thank you Blake

On more complicated issue, they have very communicative and advised me on the best course of action while take care of all the specifics. Additionally, there is a really nice owner portal system that documents all income and expenses.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been with White Glove since 2015 when I had to move out of my house in Long Beach, Ca and moved to Houston, Tx. In all honesty I did not like the general contractor / repairman they were using. He was overcharging on things. Since they removed him, I haven’t had any surprise maintenances. I did organize my own person to come fix the sprinkler system. White glove wanted to use their plumbers to fix the issue. Said it was going to be $450 just to assess and fix one spot. I have an older 1950s house so I called around yelp and got a local Long Beach landscaper to replace the entire sprinkler system for $900. Aside from that (not finding a cost saving repairman), everything has been great. No issues with the monthly payments, etc. They are very professional the few times I’ve talked to them. It’s generally very very smooth.

Kelli is always in the office to answer any questions or concerns which is very helpful unlike other managements they don’t get back for a few days if you have an issue. Overall great experience cannot complain definitely would recommend anyone looking for a place to go through them they have really great units for great prices and always on top of things.

Every experience we had with them was positive, from the day we found a house to lease and applied through their office, until the day we moved out to purchase our own home. Blake, Megan, and the team were always responsive and helpful. There were only a couple small repairs needed during those three years, but the White Glove staff was quick to respond, thorough, and professional. Blake, the owner, did an amazing job explaining the ins and outs of his business. All of White Glove's team members work extremely well and fast! They do their absolutely best to find the best contractor deals for you. It was so refreshing! Good property management companies are not easy to find, trust me we have dealt with our fair share! Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful small business. These guys took care of me and my investment property. They really understand the rental market in this area. I used to do my own property management for my investment home and I was reluctant to give control over to a property management company. I didn't want others making decisions and I didn't want to pay someone else to do what I can do. Boy was I wrong. The additional rent they were able to get plus the extra time and headaches that I save pretty much means I break even. And soon I may be able to buy a second property. When I do, White Glove will be managing that one too. Blake and Megan are very good and professional with their communication and always respond quickly. Don't think twice if you're thinking about getting a property manager. You'll be so glad you went with these guys.

I asked since the money was already taken from my account if they were going to Do any work on their part to rent to me, I was told nothing was available but they couldn’t tell me if there was anything wrong with my credit because they never Run it!
