Getting top dollar for what we sold, and negotiating a good price for what we bought. Robin and Nicole are confident, willing to listen to your wants, needs and concerns, and their genuine and upbeat personalities make them a pleasure to work with. But most of all their professional integrity, is why we wanted them to represent us. This was our 1st experience of selling a home, so we were looking for a team with years of experience, excellent market knowledge, amazing work ethic and a confident attitude. They advised us that we had a very short window of time to put the house on the market and therefor set realistic goals/tasks for us to complete asap. In the meanwhile, Robin--dxswaq scheduled everything else (photographer, interior designer, marketing materials, MLS listing, reaching out to our lawyer etc.) all to meet the timeline of putting the house on the market within 1.5 weeks.
