When the AC went out they had units available immediately & a brand new one was being installed within days. They had new impact windows installed while I lived there. & garage door. Not because they were broken, because they decided it was time to upgrade. The new AC & windows cut my energy bill in half. Maintenance requests were addressed promptly. Move out was a breeze!! I put down a large deposit. Rents were incredibly high at the time. Everyone told me I’d never get it all back. That landlords nitpick & find ways to keep some or all. I got every penny back. If you follow move out instructions, take care of their property & pay your rent you will never have an issue with them. ** After renting with them for 1 year they reduced my rent to reflect market value. That’s unheard of! Just another example of Palm Reality’s professionalism!

She helped me with all of the obsticles I was faceing while trying to get into a place. Was there to help every step of the way. She took my application, and didnt continue to take 100 applications untill she delt with the first applicant. That is hard to find, most places get rich off the application process, like a scam, but not Jenni. She sees people as human beings, not as just a piece of paper or a paycheck. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Just want to give a shout out to Nick and the team at Palm Realty Property Management. After researching and interviewing four local management companies in Venice to manage our home, it was pretty clear which one would best serve our needs. Not only was their pricing the most competitive, they were the only company that was willing to modify the management agreement to reflect a discrepancy between the specific insurance requirements in the agreement and what the standard insurance policy provides. From what I can tell, all the management companies in the area use the same template for their management agreement, which had wording that my insurance agent, a long time pro, said was not in any insurance policy he was aware of. I was being asked to sign a document with a requirement impossible to meet. Nick discussed it with the owner, and they amended the agreement to my satisfaction. They found a qualified tenant within a week, and have been responsive to any issues that have arisen and questions I have had.

She acted as if it were coming out of her pocket personally and that she was doing you a big favor by doing her job . This woman was so unpleasant I stopped calling about anything . The person that own this house is paying them for nothing . I would not call them if the place burned down . I have rented here for two years to long

When the hurricane came through and flooded our home- she did t wait for a call or anything- the very next morning she waded through high water and said “I got you” and was able to relocate us in a home. We all reality truly has a treasure with Ms. Rita. Rita is a no nonsense kind of person that will tell you like it is and not leave you wondering. Rita will drive her “super car” through a hurricane flood to rescue you when other property manager will give you some story while leaving you wondering and what not. Experiencia negativa: Folks in the office are very good, realtor that actually handles the rental properties is poor at best. Jenni is non responsive, does not handle issues with tenants despite multiple requests from the owners. They were so quick to return a security deposit, never even checked to confirm utilities were paid (they weren’t) nor did they do a post move walk thru. There were many things (mostly minor) that needed attention after tenant moved because they left it in poor condition. Almost all would/should have been seen if a proper inspection had been done, and tenant should have been responsible for the cost. They told us certain items would be charged back to tenant - they weren’t. After dealing with Sue Downs for over 16 years (she was always right on top of things) it was extremely disappointing to deal with these folks that took over her clients. Would definitely not recommend to any potential landlord.

Experiencia fantástica: Renting from PRPM has been, by far, the absolute best renting experience of my life. I rented for approximately 10 years from various corporations before buying a home. I had an emergency situation that caused me to have to very suddenly leave my home and needed a reasonably priced rental ASAP. Jenni was extremely sweet and empathetic from the very first call, and was able to find me the perfect place. We toured it the next day and I was able to move in in less than 1 month. During my stay there were a few maintenance issues, one of which didn’t have a super obvious cause or solution, which were fixed in a *very* reasonable amount of time. Cathy was excellent at staying in communication with me throughout the process, and their handyman was quick, nice and professional as well. Unfortunately at the end of the year the owner decided to sell the house so we had to move out. I scrolled through their listings and scheduled a few tours, and again Jenni was able to get with me on short notice. After our tours she suggested a house that fit all of my criteria that wasn’t even listed yet and we went straight there. It was perfect, so she was able to pull some strings to get me out of my lease a few weeks early so the new owner wouldn’t be sitting on a vacant rental AND the current owner could start the selling process. The moving process was pretty seamless, especially considering the new house is managed by a different company (PRPM was just helping with tenant acquisition). Chelsea worked with me to make sure everything was lined up for the move and all questions were answered. In addition to these awesome ladies, PRPM offers easy rent payment and maintenance requests via their easy to use portal and they are always available via phone or text (which is a huge plus for me because I’m not great at phone calls). I will forever recommend them to any and everyone I know who’s looking to rent in this area, and they will be my first stop if I end up needing to move again

Experiencia negativa: INVESTORS BEWARE!!! stay away from this company. I hired this company to manage a property for me based on a referral from my real estate agent from Remax that i trusted and boy was i let down. First jenny would call say she had showing for potential tenants then would never inform me if they passed background or any updates. No follow up communication from jenny after i signed the contract. Then they took two weeks to make a simple repair to replace an electrical outlet and leak in a door frame. Which no tenant should have to wait that long for repairs. Only reason it got fixed is because i had to call them. There excuse was handyman was on vacation. My response was you only have one handyman to handle all your repairs? No answer for that question. So after the bad start i called to talk to mark the owner. I wanted to have a sit down with him and jenny to discuss the problems and to find solutions also to set expectations as im paying 10% a month to not have headaches. Mark said no problem he will get with jenny and schedule date. Been 11 months and no call from mark. Then air conditioner needed a repair never received a call stating air was fixed or the price. Then they called me three days before my tenants lease expired to tell me the tenant will be leaving even though tenant notified them 35 days prior. So we scheduled a final walk-through with Kathy. Three hours before the scheduled walk-through Kathy calls and notifies me that they can’t show up today because they had other appointments. How Do you have other appointments when you have an appointment scheduled with me? Is my appointment not important Kathy? What exactly am i paying for? Kathy had no response just rude. The tenant took the day off of work to be there for the walk-through. They have no consideration for their clients or tenants. I went to office in person at 1030am during the week to discuss more. Door was locked and there was a sign on door to call to make appointments. Company’s who hide behind locked doors and automated phone messages are companies to stay clear of. Realtors should stop recommending this company they are tarnishing their reputation in doing so. INVESTORS STAY AWAY FROM THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!!!

Experiencia negativa: This is the WORST property management company. They are always late in disbursing the rent payments to property owners. They always come up with a lot of excuses when questioned about their delays in disbursing the rent payments.

They were professional, responsible, reliable, responsive, respectful and trustworthy. We rented from 4 others before finally buying a home. Those 4 were horrible experiences, as has been my friends' rental experience with other Florida property managers. In my experience, there is zero enforcement of tenant law in FL. Go with a great property manager. Palm Realty Property Management professionals are excellent!

Experiencia negativa: Very offended by this company. We were told we would meet them the day we moved in to do a walk through of the lovely home we rented. We never ever saw anyone the whole 3 months we were in Florida. We received a phone call from the owner that palm property msnagement told the owner we left her home filthy. The owner treated me with kindness knowing that statement was not true. I am offended and the cleaning lady are both very offended by this cruel and very untrue statement. I would love to see photos . I never saw one photo . I strongly advice your company to who ever came to this home please take photos of proof.

We bought and sold our two homes through Tammy Hayes who was extremely well organized, looking carefully at every detail. Last year, when health issues prevented us from traveling south, we rented out our home through Palm Realty Property Management. The company is very well organized and dealt promptly with any repairs. In September, our home was damaged by Hurricane Ian. Cathy Ellis stepped up and arranged workmen to do the repairs. Cathy visited the house and took pictures and remained in touch regularly. She went above and beyond to help us out and we are very grateful. I highly recommend Palm Realty for buying, selling or rental.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a realtor and had buyers that wanted to sell a condo and purchase a home. They had just purchased the condo the prior year so did not have enough equity to break even. I suggested they rent the condo and that a management co could handle the hassle of finding a tenant and collecting rent for a small fee. They loved the idea of keeping the condo for a future investment. I referred them to Adam at Palm Realty Property Management. He immediately started work on getting a qualified tenant. Within a few weeks he had the condo rented and my buyers were very happy. We were able to close a month later on their new home. Adam and his staff have done a great job! I WILL BE referring more of my customers to Palm Management!!!

Experiencia negativa: Scam. I am going to be homeless in 3 days. They will tell you anything you want to hear for application fee. I had a credit score of 810 before. It is under 800 now. I paid over $400 in application fees Adam assured me that there was not going to be a credit pull on my credit. I should be read the fine print but I trusted him. I have 0 background. Over $4500 on a down payment. They didn't offer me any houses after paying the application fee. No calls back. Go through Craigslist drive around. It seems they are in the business for application fees. Because I have not received any call backs I have called over and over. Beware. There are many honest companies. This one is not.
