REMAX Palm Realty | Port Charlotte

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone in the office is always super friendly, helpful, and great to work with! They’re easy to communicate with and make everything go smoothly. It’s always a pleasure working with them!

Experiencia negativa: Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience Our experience with Cliff and Elle Poch was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, we felt they were more focused on their own agenda than on understanding and protecting our interests as buyers. We were repeatedly shown homes in areas we had specifically said we were not interested in and homes outside our budget. More concerning was the lack of communication and guidance throughout the purchase. Important documents and terms were not properly reviewed or explained to us, and we were told the community was 55+ when we later discovered that it was not. We were also extremely frustrated by how the **home warranty was handled**. During negotiations, we understood that the purchase included a home warranty and a $2,500 payment toward the seller. After we returned to South Carolina, we were told that the home warranty had been removed. We were told that if we wanted the warranty, we would have to pay $2,500 ourselves. This was never properly explained to us during the transaction. We also discovered that items included in the contract were missing from the home after closing, and we did not feel that our realtor addressed these issues on our behalf. The communication eventually became rude and extremely unprofessional. We received inappropriate and inaccurate text messages containing personal claims about our family that were completely untrue and appeared intended to create additional stress during an already difficult home purchase. Our South Carolina realtor ultimately had to step in and act as a mediator because of the way communication was being handled. Buying a home should be an exciting experience, but this process was filled with unnecessary stress, frustration, and negativity. We did not feel that our best interests were being represented or that we received the professional guidance we expected. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Cliff and Elle Poch to anyone looking for a realtor.

Experiencia fantástica: Cassidy was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! She handled everything for us — from inspections all the way through the final walkthrough — with professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care. Having been a real estate broker myself for over 20 years, I can confidently say that Cassidy is one of the finest and most thorough agents I’ve ever worked with. Her communication, organization, and commitment to her clients are truly exceptional. She made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I would highly recommend Cassidy to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and top-tier realtor!

Experiencia fantástica: Matthews Rhoden is the best realtor .

Experiencia negativa: Jeremy Turner made me feel uncomfortable He is difficult I found another realtor that was helpful

Experiencia fantástica: I worked with Rosie for a good five months to find the home of my dreams! She worked so many hours and was very patient with me as I was very picky with what I wanted. I felt like I was running her to death, but she never complained one time! Always in great spirits and happy to go the extra mile for her clients!

Experiencia fantástica: Jessica was amazing. She helped with everything. This was my first time buying a home and I had no idea what I was doing. She helped me every step of the way and explained everything to me. She gave me tops and things to look for. I'm so happy with the house, 4 months later and I'm just now ready to put a nail in the wall to hang my pics! Definitely would recommend 10/10

Experiencia negativa: SELLERS AND BUYERS BEWARE! STAY AWAY!! RE/MAX PALM REALTY IS THE WORST! BOTH BROKERS & AGENTS. Agents, Chad & Devin McKinney have lied repeatedly, are dishonest and unprofessional. They have caused me unneeded stress and $$$. Chad professes to be a Christian. He gives Real Estate agents and Christians a bad name. THEY DO NOT KNOW REAL ESTATE IN BRADENTON & LAKEWOOD RANCH! THEY DON'T PROTECT YOU! I would give zero stars but you must give one star to leave a review.

Experiencia fantástica: Great office, great agents

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent!! Got everything I needed in a matter of minutes!!

Experiencia negativa: On May 25, 2022 Real Estate Agent JESSE DEMELLO of RE/MAX PALM REALTY listed my property in North Sarasota for sale. He did this without our knowledge or consent, or permission - including posting it on MLS along with photos taken by a drone. Obviously, no due diligence was done because the property was contiguous to our home with common fencing and no one contacted us at this home before the property was listed. We discovered the listing when a neighbor informed us My Wife immediately verified that the property had been listed, contacted the number listed on the MLS, advised them that we had not listed this property for sale, did not know the agent and wanted them to take down the listing immediately. This was not done. Instead, a text message (not a phone call) was sent from MR. DEMELLO saying that "team members" had been communicating with him to list the property, that they might not be the rightful owners. He refused to take the listing down until my Wife texted him an ID. She would never send an ID to a stranger. He did not call on the phone, did not come to the site to meet with us, he did not remove the listing and I assume he never contacted his "team members" His attitude can best be described as flippant and unconcerned. Sarasota Police Department had to become involved in this before the listing was removed. It was not taken down until 24 hours after RE/MAX PALM REALTY were notified about this. To date we have NOT received an apology from RE/MAX PALM REALTY for their involvement in this matter, nor have they taken any steps other than to pull the listing. The photos have not been pulled and MR. DEMELLO'S attitude toward this can best be described as cavalier. Leslie T Kettring Gary Kettring

Experiencia fantástica: I was contacted via text regarding my property for sale by owner. The other party claiming to be a Remax agent Jessica was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I looked up the # Jessica Vogt was listed as the match for the agent. I called the broker and we researched together to find out that this is a spoofing call. Bill (the broker) was extremely patient and helpful resolving this and working to find out what had actually gone wrong. Jessica Vogt is not the one responsible for the text and this firm went above and beyond to resolve this issue.

Experiencia fantástica: Jeannie VanDover is a lovely, lovely person who worked very hard to find us a house we would love, it was not easy in this market :) but she did it! And we are very thankful.

Experiencia fantástica: Great to work with and no nonsense.

Experiencia negativa: I was lied to repeatedly, cost me unneeded stress and $$$

Experiencia fantástica: Amy was kind enough to give us important information about the area and available properties. She was very informative and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Work With Kris this guy goes up and above To help his clients. I would highly recommended him great guy to work with always on time was always in contact And polite. So I highly recommend this guy from Remax palm realty Thanks Ken Heinzerling

Their Photographer is an expert team asset. From day one to closing. You are in good hands. Excellent communicators, excellent people skills, excellent knowledge of RE sales practices. Excellent presentation skills. Hire them!

Experiencia fantástica: Sue is a helpful and friendly realtor

Experiencia fantástica: I worked specifically with Shain McLaughlin through Zillow, not the office as a whole. This review reflects my experience with this specific agent and not the office as a whole (copied from my Zillow review): I don’t even know where to begin with Shain, but 5 stars is NOT enough. This gentleman is in a league of extraordinary of his very own. My girlfriend and I were first time buyers. Shain time and time again went well above and beyond to make sure everything we did from the first time we met, all the way through the closing and after to make sure we were doing it right. I have over 15 years of relations within a professional setting and I can say that, without a doubt, I have never met another that just oozes professionalism, trustworthiness, and all-around hometown genuineness as this fellow. I cannot recommend him enough. Do NOT hesitate to hire him for your real estate needs. 1000 out of 10! Shain, we both cannot thank you enough.

Experiencia fantástica: Steve Knight of Palm Realty , is THE hardest working man in the business. He showed us houses tirelessly, and we bought one. He had a million open-houses, and sold our home inside 3 weeks. I cannot say enough about both Steve, and Palm!

Experiencia fantástica: Pascal is a great person, realtor and hard working man. He has helped me greatly in both buying and selling homes for me. This man knows what he is doing to get great results. I highly respect his convictions and "Let's make this happen attitude". In the end I feel that I made a friend for life that has my total trust!

Experiencia fantástica: Pascal Schreier has been the selling agent on two different sales transactions for listings we were marketing for a financial institution. Pascal is a true professional to work with, extremely thorough on tasks and follow through. We look forward to receiving offers from him on our listings, as he will communicate effectively, be diligent to get the sale closed and will be a pleasure to work with.

Experiencia fantástica: Very happy working with Amy and her team!
