We were from out of town and on a somewhat unpredictable schedule. Scott always made sure we were able to see the homes we wanted to see. The real estate search, bidding process, and all following transactions were handled professionally. Scott was there to answer our questions throughout the entire process. He also helped with several references to different vendors since we were from out of town. You will not find anyone who is as dedicated to their profession and clients.

Experiencia fantástica: In June of 2022 I put my 2/2 condo in Bonita Springs on the market for sale. First, I was unsure what price to ask as the market was quite heated, and I felt the $350k paid a year earlier for larger condos in my group was too much. Chris Acheson of SouthwestFlorida REGroup/MVP Realty met with me within days of my contacting his company and advised me to list it $50,000 higher than either of the other two agents with whom I had spoken and for more than any other condo in my group had sold. He was confident in his market research and price. Chris worked VERY hard to bring me 3 cash offers, one over asking price. Along with being a pleasure to work with, Chris marketed my condo hard and worked the phones hard in order to get the 3 cash offers in a timely market as I was meeting a deadline for a new build. As well, Chris works with an AMAZING team, including Anna Udrescu who is the transaction coordinator and who guided me every step of the way until the check was in the bank. She made the transaction seamless, never expressed exasperation at my many phone and email questions regarding the process, and was always cheerful and professional.
