Fantastic experience: This is a very unique market and Josh understood what it took to seal deal. He also didn't waste a second of time getting me in to see homes the moment they hit the market. Josh remains available around the clock and has incredible work ethic. He was also very patient with all of my emotions as we sometimes were beat out by all cash offers. It is very discouraging at times but he continued to search daily and we eventually closed on my dream home! We closed with appraisal and inspection contingencies. The owners agreed to repair or provide warranty for most things on our list. This may not sound like a big deal during a buyers market, but it is definitely a big deal in today's seller's market.
