Negative experience: There maintenance department is the worst they dot address issue I had and electrical issue in my home and they never got a service technician out to address it for weeks horrible

Negative experience: Always expediting what needs to be done, but it never shows up. We have had a hose leaking since before we moved in not just leaking like a drip. It’s a full stream. They’ve had a work order and now for a month that’s expediting so no one star if even that.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but praise for this team. I called by mistake and even though he was very busy he took the time to help me and put me in touch with a rental agent closer to my area. Please do not confuse them with Darwin Homes that team is a joke a bad joke.

They went above and beyond answering any questions that I had, or by keeping me posted with any updates after going under contract. Negative experience: Peter Dorwin is the most unethical realtor I’ve ever met. He lied to us on several occasions, he took 3days to respond in communication and he illegally broke a legal and binding signed contract for a purchase of one of his homes. He also tried bullying us. Peter Dorwin cheated me out of a home to sell it to someone else when I had a signed agreed contract. He did this at the day of the inspection after I had already paid my escrow and inspector. He cheated me out of time, money and a home to live in just so he could make more money. Peter Dorwin you’re a liar and cheat. I will go through every measure in reporting you.

Negative experience: RUN AWAY! We made an offer on a perfect home. Peter kept delaying all deadlines. We had to write a contract 3 times because of his delays. We jumped through hoops doing what he asked. We had a verbal agreed upon contract from him and the seller with the intentions of sending us the paperwork the following morning.
