Fantastic experience: When travelling to California to visit family, our daughter and son-in-law convinced us we should move from Clearwater’s Countryside neighborhood to the Sierra Nevada foothills to be closer to the family (all our family are now in California, son, daughter, grandchildren). On a whim, we looked at several homes and surprisingly fell in love with one in a beautiful little town and purchased it. It had never been our intention to move that quickly, but we did and now we owned two homes one in Florida and one in California, and the Florida home needed to be sold. We began searching for the right realtor, one familiar with the area, trustworthy, professional, personable, with an excellent sales record. Walking one morning we spoke to a neighbor about our realtor search. They mentioned Patty Dykstra and that Patty clearly met and filled all our requirements. We met with Patty and immediately felt comfortable with her. She really knew our neighbor hood and presented and excellent marketing strategy for our home. Patty went right to work for us, going through disclosures, contacts and legal documents, clearly describing the requirements and answering the questions we had. She set up photographers and an even brought in an expert to suggest changes to make our home even more appealing. She quickly had a prospect who visited the property twice and then made an offer. Patty helped us through process, managed the various inspections and the closing. In all, we could not be happier! Fantastic experience: If you want to find your perfect Florida home, at the perfect price, and quickly, Realtor Patty Dykstra is who you should use!! I first met Patty when I requested to see a home on Zillow on July 6th, 2021 in Oldsmar, Florida. This was the evening that Tropical Store Elsa was passing through the Tampa Bay Area. Patty was willing to meet me if I wanted to see the home no matter the weather. After viewing that property and it not being what I wanted, Patty asked all the right questions to help me find the home of my dreams. Only 6 days later, Patty helped me find what we thought was the “One” in nearby Tampa, Florida. With her insight and knowledge, she advised me how / what to offer to win the home in today’s bidding war. AND I WON! After the inspection and with Patty’s guidance, I decided to walk away from that home as it was built in 1963 and had some structural issues that the inspector found. He was amazing and also recommended by Patty. Only 4 days after walking away from the first home I won, I found what IS THE HOME of my DREAMS and as of the closing on 8/20/2021, it is mine! Again, with Patty’s guidance, I made an offer. We ended up winning this bid as well and after negotiations I won it $25,000 UNDER their original asking price! In addition, this home built in 2018 came fully furnished. The approximate value of the furnishing that came with with the home had to have been well over $15,000. Again, I met Patty, saw three properties total, made two offers, won both, walked away from one and closed on my Dream home in less than a month and a half! Patty was responsive nights and weekends, answered all of my questions, advised me and educated me on and how to get the perfect home for me!

Fantastic experience: I would have never actually moved if it were not for Patty. There are so many things to be said: 1. I never write reviews--this should speak volumes! 2. She is the most patient and respectful woman that I have ever worked with--I work in an office of only women. 3. She read me from the moment she met me, and in the kindest and most compassionate way. 4. She never overstepped her boundaries, but she was so quick to the punch when we needed to execute details. 5. She was so sweet with our son and always included him in the process. Fantastic experience: I first met Patty when I saw a sign in front of a home in my neighborhood that caught my eye. I called her and after hearing that it was already under contract, decided I was just going to stay put in my current home. Two months later, Patty called me out of the blue to let me know the home had not sold and would I still be interested. How many agents list a home and make that kind of effort to reach out to the buying public to secure a buyer for their listing? Not many in my experience. Throughout it all, she was professional, courteous, knowledegable, and a great communicator. I asked my Mom who is this person who is efficiently directing the group that was there to help.
