From the first day she sent me properties by email and not only that, she also went to some properties and she took videos of them so that my family and I could see it since we were out of state. Positive experience: It was a pleasure working with Haywood. The home I chose was a new build and it started in February 2023 and I closed June 2023. I switched lenders and started the process over, speaking with Haywood I was able to make a sound decision and do what was best for me financially and overall when choosing a lender. Once everything started moving towards the finish line Haywood really helped to make the transition smooth and problem free.

Fantastic experience: We definitely recommend that you choose Beth Braun as your realtor for the Augusta/ Evans area of Georgia. We were relocating from out of state and Beth showed us the area multiple times showing us only homes that fit our criteria. We had to return home but found a new build online. Beth went over to the house and videotaped it for us. We ended up putting an offer in that was accepted. Over the course of a few weeks, she still sent us videos on the progress of the new build. She helped us with a financing institution. She even helped us out after we closed on the house. Beth was great to work with and we would definitely call her again should other family members choose to join us in Georgia.

Kate was extremely good at visiting all the homes we were interested in, filming a walk-through of the homes, and sending the videos quickly.
