My first purchase was a new construction, Keystone home in Grovetown. I looked at the home, knew it was perfect for my family, and immediately put down a deposit. Lauren and her team took care of the rest! She effortlessly aligned home appraisals, coordinated my VA inspections, and was able to schedule closing to align with my lease termination. All I had to do was digitally sign a few documents and show up at closing! A few years later, I sold that home and purchased a property in Appling. Again, Lauren took care of it all! I purchased that beautiful property on contingency and had a seamless double closing date, selling our 1st home and purchasing our next without getting out of my seat at the closing table! Absolutely flawless! My most recent transaction involved a complicated relocation from the Appling home, out of state, AND using a relocation service through my employer. First, let me say that Jen began her work with us a year-and-a-half prior to our purchase when she gave me a real estate tour as a job candidate. She worked to make sure I got a good feel for properties all over the CSRA; if you ever have job candidates, she’s a great person to show them around! Fast forward: My partner and I both got jobs here and decided to rent a year while we got a feel for the area. Through the rental process, while it was not her job, Jen steered us toward helpful information. Over the next year, we corresponded via text regularly about various listings. A week before our first baby was due to be born (of course!), we found a home we loved; two days before the baby was born, our offer was accepted. Jen helped us to make the process as seamless as possible and showed patience and kindness, knowing it was a delicate and precious time. Even when there were a few seller issues before and after closing, she went to bat for us and did her best to make everything right. I cannot remember a real estate agent, but I believe he is retired. Now I believe his last name was McConnell. He was the most professional Card and friendliest man I believe I’ve ever met. He walked us through everything from beginning to end with no hassle; it was just easy-going the whole experience. Meybohm Is a great real estate agency to work with!
