Fantastic experience: Caleb was a fantastic realtor. Before listing my house, he took the time to come and walk through with me and make suggestions on what he felt would look the best for the pictures and things that needed to be done to help the house sell quicker. Prior to listing, he took the time to explain to me how the process would go. My house sold relatively quickly and Caleb was with me every step of the way. He took the time to call me several times and made sure I was completely confident in my understanding of what was going on in the process and everything that I needed to do on my end. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to walk with me through the selling of my house. I highly recommend going to him if you're looking to sell your house or buy a new one!!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I had a great experience working with Caleb Willing. He was tireless in helping us with our house hunt--very, very patient. He was always upbeat and encouraging. He was certain we'd find what we wanted, and we did! Caleb "got us" and remembered preferences we'd expressed months before, as well as houses we'd walked through with him and what we liked and didn't like. Caleb also has a great understanding of construction and was extremely helpful during house showings. Not only is he a successful realtor, but he also has experience as a builder, so he immediately recognizes what has been done well and what hasn't. Caleb also demonstrated a lot of integrity in all his dealings with us. He really served us. Negative experience: Absolutely a trashy company, never paid for my damages to my property inside my apartment due to negligence from water damage. Tells lies and gets upset when you send them screenshots of the conversation about getting the damages fixed. Had the nerve to raise the rent every year. Find somewhere else. Paying almost $1000 to live in a box. The whole apartment is small for what you pay for. And the pictures say it all. You can report it all you want. It doesn't change the fact that this is the bell Forrest apartments which you and Hannah manage. Keep your idiotic comments to yourself.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Willing knows reality, and he knows Augusta. Most importantly he stands by his clients through the entire process of home-buying and well beyond. We were connected with him because we sought a Dave Ramsey endorsed local provider. True to form, he was a professional who listens well and is a teacher at heart.

Fantastic experience: My opportunity to work with Caleb was very serendipitous. Living two hours away from where my husband and I live in SC, my 87 year old mother in GA needed to sell her house. We have a friend who is a Better Homes and Gardens Realtor/Broker in FL, and he provided us with the recommendation to work with Caleb. He did not know Caleb any more than we did. We met with Caleb at my mother’s house the first week of March, and we were very comfortable with his knowledge, honest assessment of the real estate market at the time, and realistic timeline that he proposed for the marketing of my mom’s house. We listed the house with Caleb the next week, and my mother had an amazing amount of showings in one weeks’ time and multiple offers. Despite an unforeseen legal setback, the closing date was still met at the end of April. Communication with Caleb was easy, and he even helped arrange a “haul out” of everything left in my mother’s house after an estate sale was held. We could not have managed the sale of her home under the circumstances that we found ourselves in without someone as capable as Caleb Willing!

Fantastic experience: Caleb Willing has integrity and such a good heart. Not only that, he is professional, genuine and sincerely wanted to help our family. We bought a home in Grovetown while stationed in Fort Gordon. We had a previous Realtor and Property management company to rent as we could not sell for a decent price in 2017 to 2021. It was an absolute nightmare. Our home was destroyed by a tenant and not in shape to sell. Caleb helped us take care of everything even with a 3 hour time difference and being on the exact opposite end of the country. Caleb was a true Godsend for our family. We were able to take care of all the debt incurred due to our hardships from 2020 on. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job in helping us through such a trying situation. I don't trust many people after what we went through with our property management, previous agent and destructive tenant, but I do trust Caleb. That is saying a lot from me.
