I am born and raised in Augusta, GA, however, I have since moved. Monica made the process so smooth and blew my mind the days of the event. The staff helped me unload, setup, drop things off early, coordinate the decor, serve food, refill food, and more. Whatever I couldn't figure out, they stepped in and made things perfect. Fantastic experience: I don't even know where to begin. We booked Summer House for our 20 Year High School reunion and let me just say, Monica is a godsend! From allowing us to have decorations sent directly to her, working with us on the walkthrough (we didn't get in town till the day before our event), putting stuff together for us, setting up a room for us to get dressed once we finished setting up, to checking on us every 30 minutes during the even t to make sure we were okay, keeping food filled and helping us with the breakdown. She told us her job was to make sure we had fun and she did exactly that! And let's not forget about Alex who was also there that night to assist with everything as well!!! This place is beautiful and to me a hidden gem in Augusta. There is plenty of seating upstairs and downstairs. Fireplace upstairs and firepit upstairs. Tons of space for dancing while having room for seating, dj and bartender upstairs. Putting green upstairs. The garage doors open downstairs giving access to outside and cornhole. I could say so much more about this place but you get the point. If you want a modern feel for your event I promise you won't go wrong with Summer House!

My fellow real estate agents who also chose this broker are friendly, knowledgeable and are always willing to help and share experiences. The really neat aspect of this office is that it is also a venue space for locals.

Fantastic experience: My fiancé and I held our engagement party here and it was gorgeous! Everyone kept raving about how cool the venue space was. Even prior to the event, our friends from out of town remarked how cool the building looked while driving by and were absolutely thrilled when they arrived and saw that was their destination. Additional benefits include: being able to hold an event indoor/outdoors. We got to enjoy the beautiful weather that April has to offer as well as go downstairs to cool off. Plenty of table space, opportunities for refrigeration, clean bathrooms, and a multitude of seating options. We also have to give a major shout out to Courtney who was a huge help to us — we were a little late on party set up and she was a major help from start to finish. She made the party stress free and an absolute dream. I would 100% recommend this venue to everyone and we hope to book the space again in the future!

Positive experience: My twin sister and I celebrated our 50th birthday party at the Summer House and it was amazing! I wanted to make a grand entrance and Hanna made it Happen! She waited for my sister and I to arrive and escorted us to a side door outside that led us a elevator. We then made our grand entrance from the top floor down the stairs. Our guests were so excited and everything was just as I imagined. We had minor issues with the sound system downstairs but Hanna had everything up and running in no time!!! If your looking for a place to celebrate a small occasion with less than 100 guests (less is better) try the Summer House. I gave it a 4 because it’s a big house but the space is limited and the glitches with the downstairs sound system.

Fantastic experience: Working with Jon was a pleasure, very knowledgeable and understanding. We purchased a home in Washington in November 2020 from Jon, purchased another larger home on 30 acres in May 2021. Jon resold are first home in three days. This is the fourth home purchase, I have made in the last ten years. Jon was the friendliest, very knowledgeable, and one of the best realtors I have ever work with. Fantastic experience: Everything was outstanding with the venue. The staff was exceptional and very helpful through the entire event. Without them the party would not have been a success. I will definitely rent this venue again and recommend it to all my friends.

Negative experience: Waited for a call back and a virtual tour that never occurred. Afterwards the realtor said that she did not get my message and the home was pending contract. Find people who want your business.

Positive experience: Worked diligently to resolve complications with the sale of our house. Our agent was open and receptive to concerns along the way, while finding solutions to overcome them.

Negative experience: I have a listing and scheduled a showing. Jon cancelled after I'd left my house for almost 2 hrs and didn't even bother to show my house. The next potential buyer said he would not respond to her calls and she had to spend a week trying to find the appropriate contact. She was going through Zillow. I am not happy with Summer House. Just because it isn't your listing doesn't mean you don't try to sell a home.

Delaina is such a sweetheart and handles all of the transaction details, Christian is a little spit fire and has done our inspection coordination with us, Cassandra helped with a last minute showing, Matt is absolutely hilarious and full of creativity... The Giant Group can handle ANY of your Real Estate needs! 10/10 would recommend to a friend!!!

Negative experience: Covid vector. Very rarely does anyone seem to wear a mask or socially distant. Disgusting. I would respectfully disagree with your assessment of following guidelines.

I am extremely particular about what we're looking for, and have time to find what we want. Kimberly is thorough, patient, informative, and answers every question. Jen has been right there too. Fantastic experience: Vicki Flores was Great! She stayed in contact through out the whole home search process. When I was out of the country for work, she helped me contact my lender and the attorney's office to get an update on my VA appraisal pending closing. When the lender and legal had problems in underwriting and had to push back the closing date (Twice!) she made certain to push for the earliest closing date possible because she knew I was leaving town again for a couple of weeks. She even arranged for the gate to my fenced back yard to be repaired so that I could let my puppy out once I moved in with out the fear of him getting loose. A pleasure to work with and I highly recommend!
