Negative experience: I reached out to this agency on multiple occasions and never received follow-up in reference to buying a home. On each time I made contact I was promised a return call. While I see them advertised daily on social media within the last year I have not even been able to have a professional conversation to initiate the process to take advantage of one of their competitively priced homes.

Fantastic experience: Customer service excellent and take time with you to go around and help find the home you're satisfied with. Don't pressure you to just buy any house. Sometimes it is hard to get ahold of Steve Hale but you have to be patient and understand that they're just as busy as every other real estate company so if they don't get back in time just try again later.

Negative experience: I inquired about a property received nothing so with that said he gets nothing if I could give zero stars I would.

Negative experience: I'm very disappointed. I meet Steve Hale on February 4, 2020. I had a decent credit score, when I gave him 10 dollars to run my credit, my credit went from good to poor. Im finish my payment to my van and he too promised me he was going to send me a list in my email. I received nothing. I called, no answer. I even emailed him and nothing. Friday gone, he wasn't there. I had wanted to talk to him about the house I was looking at. I didnt know he was scamming until I read reviews on this site yesterday. Im VERY upset because now its hard to get a home I can call my own, because he hurt my score and explanation or house from him. Thank you so much. I pray that something will come about for me. Seem like he dont have a heart for my children. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. This is the reason why its hard to trust others. SCAMMERS

Negative experience: This was the worst expierence of my life. I have bought three properties in the past before dealing with this agency. It's a miracle that I closed. Look elsewhere especially if your a first time home buyer.

Negative experience: Website is difficult to understand so i decided to go to the office and speak to someone personally. I spoke to the staff and they were polite. Spoke to the son, Steve Hale about my family's needs and wants in a home because we hv to move at the end next month (which i felt was plenty of time). He took my information down and gave me his card. He should have emailed me some listings that same day before the close of business. Nothing came. Called the office at 10 am the next day and he wasnt there. Called his cell phone and was told he must have wrote my email down wrong. Text him my information to his cellphone again and waited. Waited all weekend and the following Monday. Tuesday I called again and was promised the email would come again. Nothing. Called him that Friday and again was given the same promises. I have given up again and dont even want to do business with them. I am an easy person to work with, it would have been too easy to let me know that I did not qualify or something did not meet my family's needs. That is very unprofessional. I hope dont do business like that on a regular. It has been almost a month since our initial conversation. Still no word from them, no email or phone calls. I threw his card away. Would NEVER recommend to anybody!
