Fantastic experience: Peter did an amazing job on selling our house!! 10/10 would use him again!! He took care of all the details, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Got the house sold super fast and at asking price!

Fantastic experience: We have used Peter for all of our real estate needs down in the Augusta area and cannot recommend him highly enough. Extremely knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and makes the process easy from start to finish. He is the best in the business!

Fantastic experience: Exceptional realtor! Took care of everything while I was deployed.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have a long distance move coming up and completed the online inquiry form for Summer House Realty and were immediately contacted and set up for notifications. When we started finding houses that met our criteria, Sarah didn't hesitate to hit the ground running to help us find our perfect home. Sarah took time to video the house then get us on a virtual call for a walk through. I appreciated how thorough she was and her advocacy throughout the process! We were able to find the perfect home from states away thanks to Summer House Realty.

Fantastic experience: It's hard to put into words how grateful we are for everything Peter and Sarah have done for our family. Five years ago, Peter helped us find the home where we would build our lives after moving from Maryland. This house became so much more than four walls—it was where our girls grew up, where we celebrated milestones, hosted family and friends (including Peter and Sarah!), and made memories we'll cherish forever. As bittersweet as it was to say goodbye to our home, we couldn't imagine trusting anyone else to help us sell it. Having close friends who also happen to be incredible realtors made all the difference. Their guidance, honesty, and unwavering support gave us peace of mind through every step of the process. We HIGHLY recommend Peter and Sarah for all your real estate needs. They genuinely care about their clients and build lasting relationships that extend far beyond the closing table. Thank you for being there for us—not just as our realtors, but as our friends. We feel incredibly blessed that you've played such an important role in every chapter of our family's journey in Evans, GA. We are forever grateful!!!! Sincerely, Justin & Lacie

Fantastic experience: Peter Larson is a highly professional realtor who has his client's best interests as a priority. He walked me through the entire process of finding and purchasing a home seamlessly. As a first time buyer I was unfamiliar with the process, but he explained it all in depth. Any questions I had were quickly answered. He walked me through the steps and went out of his way to facilitate the process even as I was looking for a house from across the country. And most importantly he negotiated a great deal for me. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a home to work with this realtor.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough great things about Peter Larson! He was my realtor when I moved to Georgia, and he handled absolutely everything with professionalism, efficiency, and care. I needed to close relatively quickly, and originally I was planning to use Navy Federal, which typically takes 30+ days — often closer to 60 days — to close. Peter recommended a loan officer who was able to get everything completed in just 14 days! That alone speaks volumes about his experience, connections, and dedication to his clients. Since I was relocating, I wasn’t able to attend the inspection in person. Peter stepped in without hesitation, did a full video call walkthrough with me, and made sure everything was up to par before I moved in. He truly went above and beyond to give me peace of mind. I also couldn’t be present at closing, so I had a lawyer sign on my behalf. Peter was trusted to receive the keys and oversee the final steps of the process — and he handled it flawlessly. If you are looking to purchase property, I would not recommend anyone else. Peter is knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely committed to making the process smooth and stress-free. He is simply the best!

Fantastic experience: Like other reviews working with Peter and realtor Sarah was a very smooth and easy experience. We worked with them with buying and selling and had great experiences. Would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: We recently bought a property in Martinez, GA from out of town, and Sarah was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was responsive, clear in her communication, and provided solid advice at every stage. From sending walkthrough videos during the initial search to ensuring all agreed-upon repairs were completed properly before closing, Sarah was on top of everything and did a great job. Fantastic experience: I absolutely cannot praise Peter Larson, and Sarah Munn with Summerhouse Realty enough! When my wife and I first started this journey to owning our own home, it genuinely felt like an intangible thing. We were going into this as first-time homebuyers without a clue. We got to personally work with Sarah, who helped us paint a reality of what we were looking for in a home. Sarah is nothing short of patient and willing, always quick to take us to a viewing, and extremely flexible with my restricted availability due to work. Sarah is a fount of knowledge, always presenting us with resources and solutions whenever we hit road blocks. I genuinely felt Sarah had our best interest at heart and felt fully confident in placing my trust in her to guide us through this. I also want to express how pleasant and inviting the whole staff is. I highly recommend Summerhouse Realty if you're looking for someone who will have your well-being as their priority! Sincerely, a happy and proud homeowner!

Fantastic experience: Peter is a wonderful person and proved to be an amazing advocate for us in selling our home! He always made himself available whenever we called or messaged him despite the 3hr time difference between us. He connected us to the people we needed (cleaners, handyman, etc) and ALL of them did really great work. He worked diligently and sometimes in unconventional ways doing only what worked best for us! If you’re looking for a great, personable and most importantly RELIABLE realtor, Peter is your guy!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Sarah and Peter. I was relocating from Florida to Georgia and they made the process easy. Sarah took me around to numerous homes during Labor Day weekend. She was there for the inspection when I couldn't be. She was awesome with all the back and forth with the seller. Extremely responsive during the entire process. Peter was there for the final walk through and closing. I HIGHLY recommend them. It felt like I had friends during the entire process. Thanks to you both for everything!!!

Fantastic experience: Peter and Sarah are great!!

Fantastic experience: Peter and Sarah deserve more than 5 stars for their efforts leading to the purchase of our new home. We found a place on Zillow and within minutes received a detailed response to our inquiry. Site unseen, they needed to visit and appraise the property for us. Having been in realestate many years, I was pleasantly surprised with their strategizing abilities to lobby on behalf of their clients. The sellers were a total nightmare and we were having to wait 90 days to close on my sale in a previous state. Sarah was absolutely great to work with, and she always found a way to navigate around any number of issues that may have ended or stalled other sales. We will work with them again for rental or sales.

Fantastic experience: Peter and Sarah are amazing! We used them to sell our home and to buy a new one. They were always timely in their responses to questions, kind, knowledgeable, and fun to work with during the process. They remained calm when we had a last minute glitch with the bank. Call them today!

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Peter Larson from Summer House Realty in our journey to find our dream home, and I can't express how grateful we are for their exceptional service. From start to finish, Peter proved to be a true partner, guiding us through the entire process with professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to our needs. From the moment we met Peter, his and his team’s deep knowledge of the local market was evident. They took the time to understand our preferences, budget, and unique requirements, which immediately instilled confidence in us. Throughout our search, he consistently presented us with options that aligned perfectly with our vision, making the daunting task of house hunting remotely easy. What truly sets Peter apart is his dedication to customer satisfaction. Himself and his teammate Ashley were always available to address our questions and concerns, ensuring that we were informed and comfortable at every step. Their negotiation skills were impressive, resulting in a deal that exceeded our expectations. We felt like he genuinely had our best interests at heart. Not only is Peter a consummate professional, but he also brought a personal touch to our interactions. His friendly demeanor, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel valued as clients. Thanks to Peter we found our dream home faster than we ever imagined. The process was smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor to guide us through this important milestone in our lives.

Fantastic experience: Peter and his team were excellent throughout our home buying process. We had a very short timeframe to work with given last minute military orders, accordingly we had only a long weekend to find a home and make an offer. Peter and his team contacted us ahead of time, arranged over 15 home showings, and was personally there, or had a member of his team with us for every showing and was extremely patient with us and thorough throughout the entire process. We viewed countless homes over several days and he was able to find one that we truly love in this very short time frame and was able to be appropriately competitive to find an offer that was accepted with a home that was competitive. Him and his team were also extremely responsive during the closing process and stuck with us as we worked with several different lenders. We were able to close on time in a relatively short period of time thanks to Peter and his team's hard work, extensive knowledge, and fantastic communication along the way. Highly recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: We had the absolute pleasure of working with Peter Larson in Augusta. He was patient with us as we were first time home buyers and trying to understand the process. He answered all of our questions and helped guide us along the way. He found us our dream home (which felt like a needle in a haystack, but he did it!). A few months later we had a family home that needed to be sold and he was able to find us a buyer and close the sale within a month. I know that should we ever need a realtor in the future, we would reach out to him again.

Fantastic experience: Peter and Sarah were amazing to work with. They were attentive, helpful, fun to be around, and always willing to answer any questions we had. I will recommend them to anyone who asks and if we ever decide to buy another home, I know who we will go with!

Fantastic experience: We were very happy with Peter and Sarah’s service. Peter took the time to understand what we were looking for and was honest with us on the available options. Our mortgage had more than its fair share of problems and Peter and Sarah were patient and helpful throughout. We are very satisfied with Peter Larson and his team.

Fantastic experience: Peter and Sarah were fantastic! I couldn't be happier with our experience.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but praises for both Peter & Sarah. They know how to take care of their clients and will always answer any question you may have. Can't thank them enough for all their hard work & dedication.

Fantastic experience: This was our first time purchasing a home and I had heard horror stories of how stressful the process is, but Pete made it super simple, quick and easy! From the very beginning to the very end he was thorough, quick to respond and always had our best interests in mind. Very knowledgeable, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Peter Larson is terrific. We moved from Los Angeles to Evans, never having seen GA before. Peter took the time to video houses for sale for us in advance. We were under contract on our dream home on our first visit to GA thanks to Peter's ability to zero in on our perfect house and negotiate our sale. Peter went the extra mile and helped us adjust our close date and manage our car that arrived in GA before we did! If you want an agent who won't waste time and goes above and beyond, call Peter!

Fantastic experience: I’ve heard horror stories about the homebuying process but Peter completely changed that. He always checked in with updates and I never had to guess about what was going on. This was absolutely the most amazing experience!

Fantastic experience: We were able to buy a house in a multiple offer situation with a very tough market for buyers. The house closed super fast and we then listed our own home, which went under contract in about a day. That house closed on time and he did a great job negotiating for us with the buyer.

Fantastic experience: Peter was great for us as first time home buyers. I was in the midst of reporting for new orders on Fort Gordon, and my now-wife was busy working/preparing to move across the country. We'd never gone through buying property before and doing so in the midst of a strong seller's market while separated was challenging, but Peter went through great links to keep us both informed and on top of the rapidly moving market. Some houses would get away, being listed one night and snatched up by the next morning, but Peter inundated us with homes that balanced our wants, be it amenities, location, price, etc. Ultimately we landed what we genuinely believe to be the best house for us, and I felt we wouldn't have been nearly as lucky with someone else. I found Peter through Google Reviews, and the rating and reputation found here is well earned. It was only fair I come back to confirm that for others. A solid realtor and guy, definitely helped this young couple through a new process, and we're very happy for it.

Fantastic experience: Trustworthy, made us feel very confident in his ability to get us our forever home. Very smooth process for our first home purchase

Fantastic experience: I contacted Peter because I was in a bit of a squeeze situation. I received a 3.5-week notice that I had to move to Augusta for my work, so I didn't have a lot of time to find a new place to live. Peter went way over and beyond to make sure I got into a house that I liked. He set up 11 viewings in a single day (to accommodate my schedule), and made my first home-buying experience a breeze. I cannot more highly recommend an agent.

Fantastic experience: Peter is absolutely incredible! Knowledgeable, professional, persistent, and truly keeps your best interests at heart. He helped walk me through my first home purchase -- I am so grateful for his insight and guidance and could not recommend Peter more!

Fantastic experience: We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Peter We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Peter but we knew instantly that he was the one for us. He is honest and hands-on and he really helped to take the pressure off of us. Finding that house that we were looking for so long. 10 years ago we were dreaming with a house and now we are home owners thanks to Peter's Help and support. Peter walked us through every step of the process He answered all our questions in timely manner and always with knowledge and professionalism. To our friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, We always will recommend Peter !!!

Fantastic experience: We would highly recommend Peter Larson as your realtor. He was amazing and really goes the extra mile for his clients! Coming to a new town can be a bit daunting, and having the right person to show you around and give you insight not only on houses, but on location, and proximity to recreational activities makes all the difference and makes you feel welcomed. We really felt that we were a priority for him and he was very professional and always on top of everything. He made himself available to us and ensured our schedules aligned with the various meetings that required our presence during the process. We even requested a couple of extra last minute visits to the property we selected to take measurements, and other miscellaneous things, and he always found time to fit us in and set things up with the builder so that we could go into the property without any issues. He was very open and honest with us---which was very refreshing. So, if you are looking for someone who will have your best interest at heart, and will go far beyond the call of duty to ensure a pleasant experience for you, please seek no more, Peter Larson is your guy. You’ll feel absolutely no pressure from him and if your home purchase experience goes as ours did, it’ll be pretty much stress free. Good luck with the purchase of your new home!

My husband and I were first time home buyers and Peter was very quick to respond to all of our questions.  He is very knowledgeable and eased our nerves during a stressful time.  He listened to our concerns and offered us helpful advice without trying to sway us toward a sale.  My husband has a difficult work schedule and Peter was able to meet with us in the little time that we have available.  When we found a home we loved, he helped us create a competitive offer.  Thanks, Peter!
