We were just looking at certain parts of northeast Utah county and with the market being crazy we were getting frustrated searching the MLS on our own because everything seemed to sell so fast. Jimmy was able to show us a home before it was listed and referred a great home inspector, mortgage office, etc. He lives in Utah county and has like a half a dozen kids and really knows the area, neighborhoods, schools(his wife teaches within Alpine School District), etc.

The due diligence part got complicated and the buyer backed because of personal reasons but Jimmy handled it like a champ and had another buyer under contract in no time. Fantastic experience: We had looked at other realtors to list our home with, but they didn't seem very motivated to sell the home and they were asking for a ridiculous amount of commission. Jimmy on the other hand came to our house, walked through, provided us with a realistic expectation as to what the value was worth, and my wife and I got exactly what he said it would sell for. We were very impressed with his knowledge. I also like the fact that he wasn't a stuffy dude. Fantastic experience: We tried to sell our first house on our own for a couple months while the interest rates were extremely low. We got very little interest despite doing as much advertising as we could and even using a flat fee listing service. Then interest rates started rising a little and we went a few weeks without anyone coming out to see our house, so we gave Jimmy a call. For 1% commission it seemed like it would at least be worth a try. Within a 2 weeks we had a great offer and we closed shortly after. Jimmy and his team made everything easy. They helped us understand everything through the whole process to make sure we were able to get what we were hoping for out of selling our house. I would recommend Jimmy to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

Fantastic experience: We used Jimmy for buying a home and then for selling our home. He is an excellent Realtor and has your best interests at heart. He worked hard for us both in the buying and selling of our home. He was understanding and quickly learned what we were looking for and showed us homes that matched what we wanted. When we found our home, I felt that Jimmy went to bat for us and we were able to get a great deal for a house that we loved. We listed our old home with him and it sold in 19 days. We had a slight delay in waiting for the buyers loan to go through but he suggested renting the home for a month to the buyer while the loan was finalized and he prepared the additional paper work.

Fantastic experience: I didn't want to pay the typical real estate commission when realtors basically just list the home and wait for a buyer's agent to contact them with an offer. So I tried to do For Sale By Owner for a period which I found wasn't attracting real buyers; mostly people who had lost their homes and looking for a home to rent. When Jimmy approached me with his model that focuses on marketing to selling agents and therefore taking a reduced commission I thought that was a fair and balanced approach -- the advantage of working with a real estate agent but without the typical commission costs. Jimmy quickly found a buyer who originally gave a low ball offer, much below the lowest price I would take. Jimmy knew what my floor was and was ably to successfully negotiate up to get the price I wanted. His support staff was friendly, professional and efficient. By the time the deal was closed, I felt that Jimmy and his team did more work than the commission justified.
