Fantastic experience: We hit the jackpot with Ashley as our realtor! Buying our first home felt like such a huge and intimidating thing going into it, but having Ashley in our corner made all the difference. What stood out to us most was how genuinely invested she was in our experience. She never made us feel rushed or like we were being difficult, and she took the time to explain things whenever we were confused or unsure. We could ask her literally anything and always felt completely comfortable doing so. She was also incredibly quick to get things done and communicate with us, which gave us so much peace of mind during a process that can be pretty stressful. On top of being an amazing realtor, Ashley is just an incredible person. Fantastic experience: A few weeks ago I made a spontaneous decision to relocate to SLC, and I currently live in Vineyard. I had worked with Ashley when I first moved into Vineyard about 10 years ago and everything was very smooth. So I decided to ask her for help in selling my home so I could relocate. She came over on a Tue, took an initial look at the house, gave me a bunch of instructions for what to prepare. I got to work on everything and then that next Friday we posted the house. She was able to move so quickly and communicated the process extremely well which made it so easy to understand what was going on. The pictures and description she prepared for the posting made me really 2nd guess whether I really wanted to move! ❤️ She made it seem so wonderful and did such a good job calling out the highlights of the home. I had 4 offers within the first 3 or 4 days. All of the instructions she gave me to prepare the house seriously paid off and you could tell they made a difference in how quickly I sold my home, but also in how much I got offered. I got well over my asking price and everything closed within 3 weeks start to finish. I am the kind of person that likes to move quickly once I make a decision. Ashley easily matched the energy and effort I put into preparing, very much a teammate mentality, which was so important for me through the process. The advice she provided along the way was invaluable and certainly made all the difference. I absolutely enjoyed working with her and will do it again when I decide to own a home again.

I could say more, but you would think that I am making this all up or gushing like a guy with a crush… She truly is ALL THAT and more, and she also knows her stuff inside out and sideways. Once you sign on with her and allow her to do her thing, you become a part of he unique circle of satisfied customers. Essentially you are getting a new family member who does real estate, really, really well.

Fantastic experience: We just closed on our home today with Ashley as our "Buyer" representative. She did an amazing job in a crazy market. We chose not to get caught up in a bidding war on a couple of homes where other Realtors were playing the field. Ashely listened closely to our wants and needs and then collectively we kept our eye on the ball and toured a lot of properties at all hours of the day. Her mantra to us was always that if it's right it'll come together. And it did in the best way possible. We appreciate her steady hand and throughout the due diligence and financing approval period she checked every box and kept the transaction moving forward. We closed on time and within the parameters of the original contract and in today's market that doesn't just happen on its own. It happens because of attention to detail and initiative to keep everyone moving in the right direction. Thanks to Ashley and would highly recommend to any and all.

Negative experience: It’s never fun to leave negatives reviews, however it’s important to be honest and share our deeply negative experience. Ashley was great in helping us find a townhouse in 2016 as first time home buyers and when we decided to sell in 2021, we chose to work with her again. If anyone has bought or sold in 2020/21, then you’ll understand the crazy market. We found the perfect house and moved ahead selling our own home. As buyers, we were at the mercy of the sellers in this market and offered a competitive 50k over asking price to be chosen. We expected similar bidding for our own home, however Ashley did not have our best interests in mind. She was unethical in her business and pushed us to sell our home to a business friend of hers for lower than our asking price and instilled fear that we would not get a higher bid. Because of this decision, we lost 30k in selling our home. We needed her professional expertise in this market and unfortunately trusted her judgement. She did not have the market place knowledge and professionalism to not mix business and pleasure. We were sick to our stomachs to accept a bid 10k under asking when most buyers needed to offer over asking price to have an offer accepted. It especially hurt when homes similar to ours were selling for 20k+ over asking. We knew this was suspicious dealing, but trusted that Ashley would have our best interest over her personal interest. Our suspicions were confirmed because Ashley is now the property manager of our old home and the new owner made 30k in value the day we signed the papers. She did not our best interests in mind and used us to better her own business situation with her business partner. She and her partner took advantage of the situation and I would not recommend her services to anyone looking to sell or buy a home in the Utah housing market.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never seen an agent work so hard, be as responsive, or as helpful. She deserved much more than she charged because she far exceeded what was expected or required. Do yourself a favor and hire Ashley.

She was available to take our call/text at any hour. When we would want to see a house she would always make time in her schedule to show us ASAP. We can’t say enough good things! She was absolutely wonderful!!
