Negative experience: If you watch his realtor show he literally kept an animal in a tiny box as a “funny” gift for a friend. He then went on to say how he does this as a regular thing. This isn’t funny. It’s cruel!

Fantastic experience: In just over the six years since we met Kenny, we have bought our first home, sold our first home, bought a new build, sold the new build, and are now building our dream home. All has been done while gaining equity and navigating the market which we could not have done as successfully without the help of our good friend Kenny! Fantastic experience: Kenny is phenomenal. We’ve bought 3 homes with him and each time we have been overbid and should not have been chosen for the house. Kenny got our offer chosen without us having to outbid everyone. Kenny knows what he’s doing! His offers are strong and he always has ways to make his clients stand out. We would not have gotten any of our houses without him. Kenny also is just always there. After we moved in there was a nail polish stain on the carpet that was hidden under a rug and bed for all our walk throughs and by the end of the day he already had a check from the sellers for us to get new carpet for that room. Fantastic experience: We couldn’t have found a better agent if we tried. Kenny worked with us for almost a year while we searched for the perfect home. He was very patient, responsive, and always on the ball. In the end, he found us a screaming deal on a waterfront property that was under our budget. Due to his expertise, we were able to get an offer accepted within hours of it listing. Kenny is the best advocate for his clients whether you are buying or selling. Fantastic experience: Not many people/businesses deserve a full 5 star review. Kenny has proven through multiple houses, selling and buying that he is without a doubt deserving. He has been by far the best real estate agent we have ever heard or of seen. He always over delivers on promises that are already so good. He has always gone above and beyond from doing all the hard talks, to check-in up on the progress of the house and messaging the builder before we even find it. Kenny doesn't believe his job is done after the close of the house. Kenny makes sure that you are happy long after you have moved in. Fantastic experience: Kenny is the best thing that could have happened to me in buying my first house. He treated me like family and went above and beyond in every aspect. There are many agents out there who do the minimum amount of work possible, they just want their paycheck. This is not Kenny, he reads the small print and goes above and beyond for his clients. Fantastic experience: My husband and I have worked with Kenny two separate times, the first selling our home in 2018. We came to Kenny with what felt like an impossible task of selling our house with a short deadline. Not only did he sell the house within the deadline he sold our house at a higher price than it was worth! We had a realtor friend guess the price our house was worth and Kenny worked his magic and sold it for $25,000 higher! The second time we worked with Kenny was this year! We just recently bought a home with Kenny. To say this was a crazy experience is saying it lightly! We had a terrible Lender! Fantastic experience: Updated- We just recently closed on our second home and of course hired Kenny to help us sell our house and buy our new home. He was just as incredible the second time around. Fantastic experience: Kenny Sperry has helped us purchase two homes and sell one home. I met Kenny in 2013 when we were looking to purchase our first home. We were relatively new to the area, and not sure where we wanted to live. Kenny set up numerous showings for us. We went through some beautiful homes, and some not so beautiful homes. When we finally found the home we wanted to purchase, it was bank owned with multiple offers. Kenny helped us negotiate an incredible deal, and our offer was accepted over five other offers. In Spring 2016 we decided we had outgrown our current home, and wanted more land and a bigger house. The homes in our current neighborhood sold quickly. Frequently our neighbors would sell their homes FOR SALE BY OWNER (FSBO), and the house would sell within a week. We found a house we wanted to look at online one Sunday afternoon. We contacted Kenny that evening and he set up a showing for the next day. The home we were interested in, and ultimately purchased was a “handy man’s special.” Kenny went through the entire house with us checking out wiring, water, septic, roof, root cellar, etc. He showed us the house on numerous occasions. Gave us reputable recommendations for a home inspector. He understood we wanted to purchase this house, but we were going to try to sell our current home FSBO. He was supportive of our decision to attempt the FSBO route. After less than a week of showings, and multiple phone calls from various people, we quickly realized we needed an expert’s help in selling our home. Trying to sell our home, while both of us were working fulltime and trying to take care of our four children was just too much. We admitted we needed an expert’s help, and asked Kenny to help us. Kenny immediately came over that day, and had his sign in our yard. Our house was on MLS that evening, and we had multiple showings and offers. Our house sold quickly, and the buyers were easy to work with. I cannot say enough about Kenny’s integrity. He works hard, is honest, tenacious, and professional. We have recommended him to our friends. He also sold their home for them, and helped them by their dream home. He knows the market well. He is not afraid of confrontation, or negotiation. There is no other realtor I would ever recommend. I have met several, but I did not have confidence in their abilities. Fantastic experience: So I'm not big on writing reviews, but this guy Kenny deserves one. Kenny was Freaking Awesome! I work long and odd hours over at the Prison and Kenny was willing to work with me at anytime of the day or night. When the time came to look at homes he was very knowledgeable in the neighborhoods and explaining to about property value. I must admit that I gave kenny a ridiculous list of thing I must have in a home for under 225,000 thinking we wouldn't be able to deliver but I was wrong. Kenny found a home that we would just love and a home I could not say no too. This home wasn't even on the list of homes my wife sent him to look at, so this told me that he was listening and working for us. You can tell he wanted us to be happy. Another awesome thing about Kenny is that he wasn't trying to sell us the most expensive home he sat with us and went over the pros and cons about all the home we looked at. And even after we were done with looking at all the homes my wife wanted to go back and forth to the two home we nailed it down to and met us there. I felt bad for the guy but he was committed to us and that is what makes him such a great agent and person. I highly recommend Kenny to anyone that is looking for a home. Fantastic experience: My husband and I met Kenny simply because we sent an inquiry on a house we liked online. Within about 10-15mins (maybe less) I got a call and it was him on the other line and we could tell by his demeanor he was ready to help us find a home and he did just that. I'm not exaggerating that within 3weeks we found a home. Week 1 was pre approve stage week 2 was making a list of homes stage and on week 3 when we ready to go see the homes we bought a home. I had made a list for Kenny and all but 1 still existed on the market 2 days before our schedule open house tour dates. He worked with us and kept in constant communication. He worked with us as our search perimeters changed MULTIPLE times as we decided what it was we really wanted. During these preliminary walk-thru's he was very detail oriented pointing out potential risks of purchasing the home.
