Fantastic experience: We have now worked with Libby to purchase 2 homes and sell one home, and we couldn’t possibly recommend her more. We were in a very tight time crunch with my wife being 4 months pregnant and needing to both sell our home and purchase a new home very quickly. Throughout our journey- even while she went on an international family vacation!- Libby was available and in-touch! She texted. she emailed. she updated our portal. she set us up with her associates so we could view listings while she was away. And within minutes (not hours. MINUTES!) of our DREAM HOME appearing on the market (and I instantly lost my mind with excitement), Libby had us scheduled for a viewing BEFORE the open house. And She put in our offer BEFORE the open house. She guided us through the entire process, worked with us through three different mortgage firms (co-ops are special.), connected us to a TERRIFIC insurance agency, came with me to the inspections, invited the sellers’ agent to NOT spoil our triumphant closing, and left us a gift basket in our new home- complete with bleach wipes, paper towels, and toilet paper (the week of the Pandemic that the planet ran out of all those things!). Astonishingly, and despite our long-term plan and the DC hustle, from first meeting to closing, Libby got us INTO our DREAM HOME (my ideal layout in my husband’s ideal location) within seven months. Start to finish, Libby was a font of delight and good ideas, helpful suggestions, patience and calm (even when I had bridezilla moments of rabid real estate ire!), professionalism and happiness. She always focused on what mattered: helping us to find, and win, and close, our dream home. She is smarter than any other realtor we have ever met, and is an asset to her firm and her profession. Fantastic experience: Working with Libby and Kelsey was the best decision we could have made when beginning our first home buying process. Throughout the long and often stressful process of looking at homes in Northwest DC, where there is so little inventory, Libby and Kelsey were there at the drop of a hat every step of the way to give us numerous tours, even before anyone else had seen the house. In addition, they helped us learn about the real estate market in DC, which is quirky and complicated, and provided never ending patience as we took our time to see many houses before finding our new perfect home. Their biggest feat came a couple weeks ago when they fought tooth and nail for us to lock in our dream home before offers were even being accepted, amidst many competing realtors, and an open house with dozens of eager buyers. Fantastic experience: Libby Bish is amazing. I knew it from the start and she never disappointed. From my first contact until closing, she was always there to guide me, never persuade, never pressure, and never question my intentions. The highlights: Three points 1 - She helped us win a home that had 17 (SEVENTEEN!) offers. I will never forget when she said "you got it"! 2 - She has a great energy that is intoxicating! 3 - She had a massive rooftop social even for all her clients! But there is more. Moving into the DMV from out of state, we had A LOT of questions and had limited knowledge of neighborhoods. So we ran Libby, and Kelsey everywhere - from Alexandria, to Reston, to Burke to Chantilly, and every town in between. At the end of this process I wanted to know the area like a local. Libby was always there along the journey and during the journey it became clear we were forming a friendly relationship deeper than I had every originally envisioned. Libby never said no to my constant and last minute requests to see anything and everything at all hours of the day and afternoon - because I wanted to know this market like I had lived here my whole life. If the sun was up longer, she would have been up for longer trips. In the end she helped me find a home that checked every box we wanted and I could close knowing we are official experts on all the NOVA neighborhoods. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data provided about the market. But it was only when we inquired. So there was not a deluge of data overload, making the process easy. She did an incredible amount of information gathering about finding me great comps and helping me understand the markets. The delivery of the information was straightforward: Libby has great energy and she made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. When I am looking to buy again I will not hesitate to call Libby. She will look out for you and have your best interests in mind. Libby will work with you to make your desires a reality. Her cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence she would deliver – and she did! Happy home hunting!

She has a warm personality that is always upbeat. She would be honest with all of my questions, while being very understanding and patient throughout the process.
