Fantastic experience: Working with Mike was so enjoyable, I was (almost) sad when my condo sold. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful of an experience I had (seriously) while selling my condo; from the initial walk-through to the closing, everything was handled so smoothly and with nearly no energy/worries expended by myself. Fantastic experience: Mike knows his territory and the housing stock within it very well, this cuts down on unnecessary trips to homes you probably won't be interested in. He promised a very fast closing duration of only 3 weeks, and he delivered on that promise. That cuts down on the stress of a long drawn out process. My wife and I didn't make it easy on him since we had different must-haves, but ultimately we found a great home and are extremely happy with how things turned out. Typical Arlington, we even lost out two properties two to builder's "cash" offers, but Mike stuck with us and delivered us a really great property below asking price (atypical to Arlington). We ended up finding the perfect house right in the middle, but it was a little out of our price range. We wrote up an offer, and we received a counter one almost immediately. My home had a contract within 24 hours, and 2 more within the next 24 hours. Mike negotiated a great deal, and I ended up with the highest priced contract in the neighborhood. Regarding the purchase of my new home, Mike was patient and flexible with me, as I changed my criteria a few times, and ended up with a home and neighborhood that I love. I got it for nearly 20K lower than the asking price. Many of my neighbors have commented that I got my home for a steal. Like I said, he is a super agent. His attention to detail and ability to answer all of my questions really put me at ease during the whole process and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone and everyone.
