First of all, he is extremely educated on the process, is professional and seriously made everything completely seamless for us. We had to back out on a home due to some major issues found in an inspection and he helped us with that process, making it so easy. Chris sold our house without it ever having to go on the market through his connections at Pinnacle and their other agents - this was a huge win for us since we have 3 kids and didn't want to deal with scheduling showings and having people come in our home. Also, he helped us buy our new home and moved soo fast! He called the agents of the listed properties before they were even showing it to get us in and he was available to us 24/7 - email, call, text. I am sure we asked him too many questions but we never felt as though we were asking too much.
