Fantastic experience: This guy is amazing. He was the last and best person we met at the seminar. He not only recommends the stuff, he shows you how he did it himself. When you sit with him, it's like your talking to a friend. He tells you the ins and outs and the benefit of doing it, after he went through it. There was no charge for his visit, and he even offered to buy us lunch. We spent a good 2 hours with him. After the visit, I wish we took him out for lunch. Fantastic experience: phenomenal is the only word to describe Cory's business practices I have bought and sold a couple homes, but the expertise and execution Cory brough to the table was unbelievable and for me, unprecedented. Bringing his acumen to promoting the sale allowed us to get a higher price for our home than a house, located just three doors down from ours, which was up for sale the same week. That house not only had more space but had been more recently upgraded. His promotional scheme resulted in FOURTEEN offers over list price and resulted in a mini bidding war which gave us the top end sales price we had only hoped for in our wildest dreams. After gauging the market, we expected to get $750,000 at most, but ended up with $790,000.00 making our new home purchase in Hawaii that much more affordable. Additionally, we were working on a deadline with the move over the ocean and Cory's help with the coordination of dealing with the inevitable mess was paramount to being able to get this done in a timely fashion. The detritus left after a moving crew removes 30 years of memories is not easy to deal with when moving out of town, out of state and off the mainland. Cory's 5-star service allowed us to plan our trip and leave the problems with Cory. He takes problems and solves them, which is a rarity in today's world, and I have to say if we hadn't had, "Cory, the real estate guy," handling our sale, all those other problems would have been left to me and delayed our travel to Hawaii. Fantastic experience: Cory Boldroff - the Go To Guy & a Dream Home Master! I was referred to Cory by my Son-In-Law. I was very specific with Who and How I wanted to sell the property to fit the neighborhood and a young family's budget & needs. Cory was ready and capable to meet my requests. Downsizing was my goal, not necessarily profit. He introduced me to DREAM HOME where the new family asked for changes to the old house-> I paid for the remodel of the property to bring it to the "new home for a new family" so that the new owners moved into what their dream home without having to do much and I received the net price Cory and I agreed upon at the beginning for the sale of the property. As with any remodel there are always hiccups, but they have moved in to the house they wanted and were happily getting everything organized. I would refer Cory in a heartbeat...for future clients ->always be open with expectations and needs/wants and don't change what "page" you are on with Cory. He bends over backwards to give you what you want but if you keep changing expectations, how would he be able to meet them?

Cory has been more than an agent to my wife and I, he's become a trusted advisor. this review is a bit lengthy but i promise it's the most in depth review you'll read to pick an agent. About 2 years ago My wife (Sandra) and I decided to buy our first home, so we started where everyone starts on a website like zillow lining up open houses to go see whats out there and learn what our money can buy us. Along the way you meet two or 3 dozen agents and everyone says the same thing to you over and over. Cory was the only one with willingness to help, he understand that his compensation is not just for selling a home but for helping people make a major financial decision and embark on a new chapter of their lives. On the very first day we met COry at his open house, he was informative and educated us on the neighborhood and area we were looking into. He even took the time to try and get us to see a property he thought we might enjoy. A few months later we Sandra and I decided to help her mom sell her home and move in with us, my mother in law's home is a manufactured home on leased land a very difficult home to sell- It's a tricky situation to help a couple and a mother in law to sell a property but Cory was patient, understanding and always made sure all 3 of us were on the same page and understood why certain decisions were better than others. Back to the property we were buying, Cory must of taken us out 9 or 10 times to look at homes even if weren't ready to buy right away and waiting on the sale of the home, he made sure we got all the information on the each neighborhood and made sure we were confident in all our decisions. Cory never " fell of the map " he always responsive via phone, text or e-mail- never did i think "wow haven't from Cory in a while". Even after the close of escrow Cory was there to help us with any issues that came up.
