Fantastic experience: The preparation for selling our home was super . We knew exactly what we needed to do and what others needed to do. Arrangements were made to dispose of our furniture and other possessions. All legal documents were explained and provided and were told what to sign and initial. A staging person was hired to prepare the house for viewing. We got together and established an asking price. We were included in the negotiations and the selection of a buyer. We were kept informed of the sale progression. We couldn't ask for better help.

Fantastic experience: This review is a long overdue! I don't often write reviews or even participate in social media, however I have come to realize the importance reviews play in finding honest and reliable professionals and companies. Debbie Cleary is one of those people. Debbie was our realtor when we sold our house in 2022. Debbie kept us informed every step of the way, was completely honest and forthright, made the process easy (despite the buyers not being as considerate of the holidays and our situation as we would have preferred) and basically made selling our home of 19 years as painless as possible....considering we were moving into a rental, less than half the size, in a brutal/competitive and expensive rental market, until we move out of state, which we haven't yet!! If it weren't for Debbie we probably wouldn't have even had a rental to move into...she went with us on Christmas Eve morning so we would be the first people to see a rental with the hope we would be selected for the home after not renting for over 25 years....and with her recommendation of us to the listing agent, we won the "lottery" (well, the owner won the lottery although she has been an amazing landlord) and secured our rental with just a couple days to spare. Fantastic experience: If I could give them 10 stars I would. Emily and Aileen helped me and my husband find the perfect first home to start our family ( 4 months pregnant), I did not think I could afford my home but Emily understood my needs and the value of the house. We were able to get the home under asking and they were there every step of the way to help me with the escrow and inspections (the sellers realtor was not present for anything). Every time my parents see my home they keep saying we made the right choice. Our home has now gained so much value and I am glad I felt safe to trust them with my concerns and needs.
