Fantastic experience: Amy Hartman and Realty Experts did an excellent job and sold our townhome. This was the second time Amy has sold a property for us and we couldn’t happier. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Realty Experts and particularly Amy Hartman are the WORST people in the world. For TWO YEARS NOW, they have been flooding me with unwanted emails. I have called them and asked them to UNSUBSCRIBE ME, but they refuse to do so. I receive one or two emails every single solitary day. Please, someone, tell me how I can get these disgusting, hateful, spiteful, ignorant people, and I use that term hesitantly, to stop sending me emails. Of course, I can never get to Her Highness Amy Hartman herself. Her minions cannot do anything without her approval. Amy, I do not use foul language because I think people who do have a limited vocabulary and cannot think of another way to express their feelings. But I sure am thinking of a few choice bad words in English, Spanish and French. If pressed, I can come with some in German, Italian and Zulu, as I know a little in those languages. Please, let this be the last that I must write you. I have just replied to the last dozen emails. I can and will reply to them again, along with any new emails. Please, for God's sake, STOP!

Fantastic experience: I made an abrupt decision to move to Tampa back in 2021. Upon moving I unexpectedly ran into Kyle in the Hyde Park area one evening. As the completion of my lease was winding down I desperately needed a place to move into. This was when I myself found Kyle to be THE most reliable Realtor I’ve met yet. Never once did I ever feel like anything I asked or needed done seemed to have been a bother or too small to address. Glad to add that everyone I’ve referred to him has come back with positive responses and outcomes.

Negative experience: Tried to use reality experts from a recommendation. Kyle.N. our realtor was horrible. Never showed up to the walk through. Never showed up for inspections… we lost our deposit and all the work we did to the house. do yourself a favor and find another company to use.

Fantastic experience: Before renting from this company, I was apprehensive reading the reviews but took a chance. I just lost my home to Helene and rentals were scarce. However, almost a year later and it has been a great experience. Amy, is the manager of my home. She has went above and beyond for me. Even while on vacation she was returning calls to FEMA for my application to finally be processed. (Yes, almost a year later and my application is still pending) Not too many people would disturb their vacation and for something that doesn’t directly affect them too! It was highly professional and kind of her to do that. I am very pleased with the quality of my home and the ways that I have interacted with her and this company. Even the receptionist has been just as supportive and professional.

Negative experience: Horrible experience with Jason Statton!!! Lied about things and tried to keep deposit. Moved into rental as old tenants were moving out and had to clean a filthy house, trees down and lines in the back yard they never cleaned up from the storms, etc...Jason tried to say it was cleaned prior to moving in which it was not and he tried making me responsible for the backyard that he didn't take care of. Absolutely do not recommend working with him. Thankfully the owner was very nice and gave me my deposit back. Unfortunately a business is perceived as those who work for them! Jason shouldn't be as he's not honest and therefore impacts this business! Beware!

Fantastic experience: Kieran Quinn did an amazing job getting our home sold quickly, and making the process easy for us. He is hands-on, is always available to help in anyway he can, and is very professional. I cannot say enough about how awesome he is. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Suzie was the worst realtor I have ever dealt with communication is horrible I won’t give her a 1 star but that the least you can give.Do yourself a favor and use someone else. When I got my deposit back she shorted me 300.00 until I had to prove that she has no clue and they sent me the money

Negative experience: Not a great experience overall. Our realtor Suzie turned out to be quite dishonest & unethical. Highly recommend NOT using this company for any real estate needs. **Note: Although, I will surely update this review IF they ever rectify their wrongs.

Negative experience: I have had one of the worst experiences working with Kyle from realty experts. He suggested doing over 2,000 worth of repairs and labor in the home to pass inspection for an FHA loan, so we did. Then, when we had concerns, he threatened and intimidated us by stating that the homeowners did all the work in the house and that he was now "unaware" that we fixed everything instead of providing documents of the sellers agreeing to have us come into the home and fix it or trying to reach a solution, he did not have an addendum backing us up. He then ordered a reinspection after he knew we had significant concerns about the home and passed the inspections through pictures of our work in the house without our consent or payment. When we did not want to close on the deal, instead of representing us as his clients, he intimated, threatened, stopped answering us, and decided that we would forfeit all of our escrow. Still, we were not receiving what we were promised in the sale and advertisement of the home. After completing the work at the home to pass FHA under the realtor's recommendation, I reached out to him the same day with significant concerns about the three sheds on the property that were insulated and made up from the garage were rotted out and needed to be removed because they were not up to code and would not pass insurance which we were made aware by the homeowner and days later insurance. The beautiful landscape we were promised, such as hibiscus bushes and fig trees, was removed and snipped from the property. Along with the fact that, the current homeowners told us they would be giving us money monthly to borrow electricity and water for their camper next store while they find somewhere to move to. I told the realtor the same day about all of these concerns, and our relator did not listen to our concerns and requests and wrote up careless addendums. He recommended we forfeit our escrow and told us to call a lawyer or the company he works for for realty advice. Our relator intimidated us, left us high and dry, and made poor and careless attempts to remedy the situation only after our banker intervened because he was appalled. This realtor did not show us homes; he canceled 3 hours before we were supposed to meet him at this home, and he never set up a search. I would not recommend such services, and people should always provide their clients with the proper information and knowledge to empower them, not intimidate and scare them.

Negative experience: I had an appalling experience with two realtors from this company who work as a boyfriend/girlfriend team. They seemed very professional and knowledgeable during the three weeks I worked with them, during which time both they and I were very communicative and mutually respectful of each other's schedules. When I sent a polite email to the woman stating I would no longer be requiring her services, her belligerent boyfriend/partner decided to berate me via text with numerous insults and derogatory accusations. On top of it, he accuses me of being difficult to work with while he's hurling insults at me. Absolutely unbelievable. If this is the kind of people this company employs, I would recommend staying far, far away. Response to the owner’s request to remove this review- both Nicole Shaw and Scott Marinelli are pictured on your site as agents represented through your organization, so no, I will not remove this review. When you no longer represent these realtors, I will remove my review.
