Fantastic experience: After living 34 years in a house that I loved and had done so much to over the years, I decided to sell. Mindy picked up on all the love that had passed through the house and the fact that this was a very tough decision for me and made it as easy and painless as possible. There was an issue with an expired permit from 1997 over the install of a sliding glass door, Mindy went above and beyond and went down to the permitting office and was in the process of clearing it up before she even notified me as that sliding glass door had been replaced. She guided me through a process that had changed so much in 34 years as easily as possible, kept me informed every step of the way. She was always available whenever I needed her. I would text her at odd times, not expecting an answer, but, yes, she responded quickly. Once the house was sold and I made my move, Mindy sent me a gift with a picture of my house on it, it brought tears to my eyes, I will always cherish it. I cant thank Mindy enough for her support through it all. I would highly recommend Mindy to anyone that is looking to sell their home, she cares about it as much as you do!
