Fantastic experience: Heidi and Lexi are true superstars in the real estate industry. They were amazing in discerning what we were really looking for and zeroed in on the perfect home for us. Much of our search was done long distance and we weren’t really sure what we were looking for. Heidi and Lexi were available at all times of the day and night to answer our questions as well as listen to us bounce ideas off of them. Fantastic experience: We'd give this team more than 5 stars if we could! Lexi, Heidi and the entire team could not have done a more stellar job helping us with THREE closings in less than a year. Their expertise, professionalism, responsiveness, and network are second to none. Our first property entrusted to the team was a rental property that flooded due to one of the storms. They were able to sell it quickly to a developer and alleviate a huge burden for us. We're a young family with a toddler, dog, and baby on the way... so Lexi and her team knew numerous showings for our current home wouldn't be ideal. Not only did we not even really have to show our house outside of the open house, Lexi and Heidi got us numerous, competitive offers by the end of the day. We were able to sell our property exponentially over asking while also getting a leaseback (which has been HUGE for our family as we looked for a new home). If anyone could get him to see the value of staging and getting a great price its Heidi. My brother is tough and hard to please however he took Heidi's recommendations and did the work, when he received an offer my brother said he was so impressed with how she negotiated with the buyer and actually got the buyer up to the number that my brother wanted. Negative experience: My wife and I were impressed with Heidi at our first meeting as we saw her as a professional and a real closer, however, once we signed with her as our listing agent it felt as though she sided more with the buyers than with us, the sellers. After allowing us to price the house too high, she quickly became critical of a number of aspects of our home and pressured us to make a number of changes to expedite a sale. The team often seemed to offer contradictory information about the marketplace and it made us question their integrity. Whenever Heidi’s team made mistakes with our listing or the handling of some aspect of our process, they never apologized or took ownership of any their errors. Then, at the finish line at the 11th hour, at 8:30 pm the night before an early morning walk-thru and closing, they asked for documentation of something that barely was mentioned earlier and told us we can’t close without it causing a panic. We managed to get what they needed but it was yet another in a series of uncomfortable exchanges. In the end, we purchased another home but the unpleasantness of working with this team drove us to using another agent for our purchase who was fantastic.

The best part is that all along the way I was kept informed with the time line, which made the closing, so smooth and easy!
