Fantastic experience: I came across Shen's webpage a few years back (when I wasn't looking for a house) and was impressed at how detail oriented and informative his site was. Little sections explaining the different parts of Malibu etc...seemed above and beyond what agents advertise. He helped us through every step of selling our house and buying a new one, with many unanticipated bumps along the way (buyers who couldn't perform, houses revealed to be falling apart). Negative experience: I am not happy with the experience I had with Shen. I made offer for the property he listed. He was seller`s agent and my agent at the same time. We presented offer with a computing buyer. I believe I have been used in this transaction. My offer was used to increase other buyer`s offer. He did not act fair to me as my agent. I have been rushed to place the other offer while other party was given chance to wait and see my offer. That is not fair.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I cannot thank Shen enough for his concierge realtor service. It was solely because of his relationship with seller’s agent that we not only found our dream beach house - but were able to get it without a bidding war. Then, he and his team member Jax, held our hand through every stage of the home buying process - keeping us sane. He had an A team of inspection experts, was a great negotiator throughout the transaction, and even after closing continues to help us with vendors that are helping us update the home. His local knowledge of the market and connections were invaluable in achieving the sale in record time, thereby reducing costs that would be needed for a public sale.
