As we all know buying a house can be extremely stressful, but working with Joshua it was an extremely enjoyable and smooth process. Fantastic experience: Katz Realty made selling our home a very pleasant experience. They were with us every step of the way. They were always available to answer our questions and we valued their professional advice. We couldn't have done it without them!

Fantastic experience: At face value I had a number of brokerage-options in Staten Island for selling my house. In doing my research, however, Joshua Katz and one of his agents, Esti Perlstein of Katz Realty, came extremely recommended and so I listed my home exclusively with them. 2 hours after we spoke, they sent a professional photo-videographer to my home to photograph it, head-to-toe, in order to list it. It never made it to market though. Prior to listing the home on the MLS, Josh and Esti put out a few "feelers" to their booming network of interested parties and within 24 hours they had a family very interested in seeing our home. The next day they toured the home and Josh and Esti handled the showing like professionals. About 2 hours after seeing the home we had an offer for asking. We were in contract a few weeks later and the rest is history. You will see Katz Realty signs all over Staten Island and there's a reason for that. Joshua and his team go above and beyond what the typical brokerage does. Their network of home-seekers and home-sellers is massive, especially within Emerson Hill, Willowbrook, Westerleigh and Manor Heights. If you have a home for sale, chances are they already have 10 buyers interested in what you have. They know the market, the know the community - they live there - and they know how to represent buyer and sellers alike. I cannot recommend Katz Realty enough. Fantastic experience: This is our third very positive experience working with Mr. Katz. He has helped us to buy our home in Staten Island six years ago, and more recently, has assisted two of our relatives to sell home in the Brooklyn area. On all three occasions, we found him to be responsive, honest , patient and thorough in addressing all our questions and concerns as they arose, found us a great buy and sale that met exactly what we were looking for and guided us to find resources including but not limited to: a real estate attorney, estate sale person, plumber, exterminator, etc and even went as far as to meet up with them for hours at a time when we were not available. Overall, working with Mr. Katz has been positive, pleasant and financial beneficial and we are very grateful!

Fantastic experience: Last year we put on SALE BY OWNER our property. For more than 8 month we could not get any good buyers. When we contacted a couple of Real Estate Agents in Staten Island, we were lucky to select Shmuel David at Katz Real Estate. After only two month he was able to find a Buyer and closed the deal. He is an extremely proactive sales professional and resolved mortgage and title company issues. Shmuel always returned calls, emailed immediately and made sure we got our price.

Negative experience: Worst experience I have ever had with renting a house. If I could put 0 stars I would. Dishonest realtors. Showed me a house virtually (I am pregnant so I try to minimize the risk), and reassured me it was super quiet and move in ready clean. I show up with the truck and the place is a disaster and you can hear the neighbors from every corner of the house. I recommend to stay away from this company. They will take your money and disappear.
