Fantastic experience: Jeff Keller and his staff has been nothing but professional, courteous and most of all human.They know that life happens and they are there to help whenever they can.I recommend anyone looking to rent to check them out.Mr.Keller looks out for his tenants not trying to make things any harder than it is,they just want clear communication and honesty and we as the tenants to just do our parts to keep things running smoothly and if there is an issue they are literally just a phone call away.Never had an issue with any work orders everything is handled so smoothly and quickly.They have been a blessing to us and I just wanted to share.

Negative experience: I want to start by saying that I did not rent thru this company but went through the application process and was highly disappointed. I applied for a property on Fed 2nd and never received a denial or acceptance and when I contacted company multiple times they would tell me they would get back to me and never did. So ultimately I decided to have a plan B and apply to different properties and was approved. We need to hold these companies accountable. In this economy $55 just taken from my home means something. The rental industry is taken advantage of people time, money and opportunity. Very disappointed and out of $55 but my blessing will cover that ten fold.

Negative experience: Do not recommend, I applied for a rental and paid the application fee, the home was listed for 1290 then today it changes to 1455, with zero communication about my application, this is so unprofessional.

Negative experience: Called Susan Jackson about viewing a property that was priced fairly well. We told her that we already went through the pre-approval process and was approved for well above the price for the home. She wanted us to send the pre-approval first before discussing/ viewing anything. I'm aware that in some instances this is standard but come on. The residence was a mobile home priced for $130,000. I've had another realtor show me a home priced at $250,000 (which is within budget and less than pre-approval) without seeing the letter. Her attitude was not welcoming and I would not like to work with her!

Negative experience: After moving in the air conditioner went out start having problems with the plumbing inquired about it and it was not under warranty. Came home and it was 96 degree inside the house. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Negative experience: I never moved into the property after paying him $3,050. I went inside the home and it was not livable! Now I'm having problems getting my money back. Make sure you double check the property before you pay Jeff keller anything. Matter of fact stay away from him. This is a terrible situation that I am going through at a bad time.

Anything that I needed to help my stay with him he has went over and beyond to make sure things are settled for me. You would only hope to find a realty company that works just as hard for you as they do for themselves.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with this realtor. I paid my application fee (granted there were additional applicants who had not paid) just to see the house for rent. I had to chase Jeff down to get a schedule to see the house and then finally on the day of viewing (I had to call him because I didn’t get a confirmation email or text or anything) after already being told I could come see the house, I was told until the application was completed ( another 100 dollars) only then would I be able to even see the house. I asked since I paid and applied and not the other applicants yet, could I see the house and was further denied and of course denied a refund. Maybe this realtor is different for purchasing a home, which most are, but for renting in the Augusta area, this us the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would they take your application fee with no intentions on giving you a home after calling twice to check your application im sure their going to give you a pointless reason as to why you weren’t approved save your money this is a scam company if you ask me they keep the houses online to get as many application fees and they can (the rental I applied for was built in 1940) guess the house was to old for me apparently that’s why I was denied

Positive experience: The person answering the phones was nice but had a hard time understanding me. They were also not aware of the properties they have listed and could not answer any questions, even basic ones. They just gather your info to pass off, would be cheaper to automate this.

Negative experience: Had the most horrible experience closing on our home! The realtor that did the listing for the home didn't show up for the closing appointment, and was rude enough to leave the key to our new home at the front door on the ground! Thanks #century21realtor

Negative experience: Very poor communication...lack of doing things that need to be done...don't stand up for there properties in getting things fixed..takes three weeks to get things done after being approved by home owners...

Negative experience: Paid $150 in application fees to be notified about a property within 5-7 days . Only to not hear from him or his staff . Had to repeatedly call and finally be told he had selected another candidate which is fine but why waste ppl time and money when you knew you had already rented the property. Would not recommend at all . Poor communication and customer Service.

There are A LOT of bad realtors in the area but Stephanie is a diamond in the rough. She will do anything in her power to help you and was available to us any time we needed her. She's a great realtor and an even better person. I honestly can't recommend Stephanie Clarke enough!

Negative experience: As much as I dislike leaving negative reviews, I feel it appropriate to voice my recent experience. I recently was hunting for a rental property and found one managed by Jeff. I contacted him regarding a viewing and he graciously found time to give me a tour of the property on a non-open house day. After the viewing, I sent in my application for the rental several days later and subsequently received a phone call from Jeff saying he was offering the rental to me. I told him that I was considering other options and would contact him soon was I had made a decision. I attempted to call him the next day to accept the lease and did not receive a response so I left a message. Half the day passed the following day and I called back. At this point I was told that he thought I no longer wanted the property, however he was not available for conversation and his coworker said that he would have Jeff call me back. I did not receive any phone calls from Jeff. As it was the weekend, I waited to call back Monday. I called in the morning and was once again told Jeff was unavailable and he would tell Jeff to call me back. Several hours later I did not receive a phone call, but a text saying that the rental had been offered to someone else. Slightly upset that I was sent a text instead of a phone call, which felt almost like a passing thought, but, that's just my interpretation. I was hoping this would be a positive experience, but the lack of communication was especially disappointing and I hope those who seek rentals from this business do not have an experience similar to mine.

Christine has sold several of my investment properties and, as usual, did an excellent job. She was involved in all aspects of the transaction including renovation suggestions, market analysis, contract negotiations and final closing. Due to her efforts, I received a full price offer. Christine is a true professional and I recommend her and Century 21 Jeff Keller Realty for your real estate needs.

Negative experience: The whole process with the Jeff Keller team was very unprofessional from the bid process all the way thru my Due diligence time frame on a home they listed for sale in Forest Hills. Three days after signed contract earnest money and pre qualified letter the home remained for sale. After inspection seller refused to make needed repairs to pass VA appraisal Buyer beware! Don't bid on a home from this realtor. In my opinion they are crooks!

Negative experience: UPDATE ****Jeff Keller III was completely unprofessional. He lied, withheld information and emails, didn't turn in paperwork in a timely fashion which cost me my $500 earnest payment, and then proceeded to try to lie in court to make me look bad when I went after him. Luckily, HUD found him at fault and returned my money to me directly, the day before Our court date, and though he may have had the judge in his back pocket, he couldn't pay off the real estate commission. They fined him and ordered him to take an ethics class or suspend his license. They actually held him accountable for his unprofessional behavior, with the exact same evidence the judge said I didn't have enough of, go figure...Moral of the story, stand for truth, speak up, speak out, and spread the word! We do have a voice. Do not trust these people with your money! They are thieves, hustlers, fast- talkers. They will take your money, miss appointments, miss deadlines and lose your hard earned cash all while avoiding your calls and texts. They are disorganized, unethical, and unprofessional. They lost my earnest money due to neglect and then lied about it. Take your business elsewhere!!! Thank you for stealing Christmas from my family, Tre'.

Negative experience: I don’t want to bash this company because the people who work there try and help however possible. The problem is the person they work for (Jeff Keller 3rd). He is an absolute scam artist and for a person who claims to be so Christian, he will rip you off in a heartbeat, belittle you, and treat you horribly once he gets money out of you . If you’re looking for a rental property I’d highly suggest meybohm or conrex properties.

Fantastic experience: We got the property we wanted to thank one of the gentlemen that showed us the property on a dime. We had a qualified application and due to due diligence on Century 21 and following up with qualified applicants in a prompt manner. They appreciated our patience and were professional the entire time.

Negative experience: Told we couldn’t move in until they were done painting . When we moved in they only painted the spots they messed up, spots all over the walls through out the entire house! On day 1 of us being there the electricity started going out in the outlets through out the house , called Jeff 3rd and they sent someone out and said nothing was wrong , this has happened repeatedly since we have moved in and every time we call someone out Jeff will not allow them to fix the situation, we have to just deal with some of our outlets not working in the house. 3 weeks after we moved in the garage door broke and Jeff told us that we had to pay to have it fixed , He would be adding $100 to our rent and if we didn’t pay for it that they wouldn’t except our rent and a late fee would be added until we paid the $100. We had 3 different garage repair men come out and look at it and write down that what happened to the garage wasn’t caused by us and His assistant would tell us Jeff Keller 3rd didn’t care and wanted us to pay for it. We tried for 3 months everyday to get ahold of Jeff, his assistant would always say he is busy and would call later that day but never did call back. Lynnette told us to go over his head and talk to Jeff Keller the owner( i guess his father) and he would help us, well he came out and told us we should t be paying for it but yet they still pushed us to pay for the garage door ! His own staff will tell you that he will not fix anything in the houses or anything for that matter! Do not do business with Jeff Keller III if you can avoid it!!! Wish i would have read these reviews before we even looked at the house!!! They don’t even deserve 1 star!!

I never worked directly with Jeff Keller: We made the decision to switch realtors before continuing with our home search and used Bryan based on the recommendation of a friend and it was the best decision ever! We just finished closing on our home tonight. The process was a very stressful one because of issues wth the lender but throughout Bryan was a wealth of knowledge, always accessible, moved quickly to get things done, moved heaven and earth to get the requested repairs/concessions and get our closing day moved up. We will forever be eternally grateful for his exceptional service. There is no other realtor we will be going with if/when we purchase in the future. Thanks a MILLION Bryan!!!

Fantastic experience: Jeff Keller is a very experienced agent in the CSRA. He has been in the real estate business since graduating high school. This tenure in the business has allowed Jeff to become one of the best real estate professionals in Augusta. Jeff will talk with you about the good AND the bad of a deal. He will challenge you to think about a home purchase in a different way than you may want to. Jeff has stopped me from making bad investments in property and lead me to more profitable ventures. When you look for a real estate agent, you want someone who is knowledgeable of the local market and can look at a property from many different angles. Jeff can do all of these things for you. Jeff also has a YouTube channel that he is working on: JeffKellerTV. On this channel he releases videos that are helpful to the average homeowner like me.

Negative experience: Complete breach of multiple contracts. He has been rude and disrespectful for the 3 years that we have done business with him. At this point in time they are in breach of contract on at least 2 issues related to not charging the tenant for denial of entry fees and not allowing repairs to be made on a house. He is a very rude person when he knows that he is not going to get your business and will do everything in his power, including speaking negatively about you to a tenant, to make your experience with him even worse. At this time he is refusing to allow us to make any repairs on a house that we own even when we've given notice (per our contract) and is refusing to allow us entry so that we can sell our house. Do not recommend on any level.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst!! I signed with Jeff Keller to be our property manager for our rental property and this guy holds your rent money with no explanation and does NOT communicate unless you threaten to take him to court. I STRONGLY recommend you look elsewhere for a property manager. DO NOT give this man your money. If I could give negative stars I would.

Negative experience: If I could give no stars I would. Christina Gaeta was very rude. She changed showings at the last minute forcing a sick child out of the home and then continued to send harassing text messages until blocked. This type behavior is appalling and I would not recommend this agent for anything unless you are in the mood to be harassed.

Negative experience: Basically stole my $40 for an application. Told Linnet I need to be in a house by last weekend, she told me she'd push the application through that same day. It's been over a week & I still haven't heard anything. Save your money for a application with someone else. Highly recommended Phoebe Woodcock with Keller Williams Realty.

Negative experience: Worst customer service ever! Once we move we will NEVER sign with them again. The lease had to be redone several times to get it correct. While picking up the keys they weren't there when they said they would be. When showing the place they were super late. After moving in we had the lock-box on our door for weeks and the sign still in our yard and we didn't even get a walk thru until a month after moving in. They do not care what so ever and will rip you off in a heart beat! Avoid this company at all cost!
